A very Happy 2019 and thanks be to GOD for 2018

Tonight as we go towards the new year, let us be mindful of the showers of blessings we have received during this year.  I am blessed to have two lovely daughters who are now in their thirties.  Both of them are GOD fearing and both are married to really wonderful men.

I have a truly magnificent, GOD fearing husband whom I adore and who adores me.  I have a wonderful sister, marred to a wonderful man,  and she too is blessed with two lovely daughters.

I have a brother who survived cancer and is completely healed.  Both my sister and my brother are devout Christians.

I have a grandchild who was born at the beginning of 2018 and I feel truly blessed to have her in my life.

So I thank GOD for blessings showered on me.

I thank GOD for all my friends, all very dear to my heart.

I thank GOD for the home that I live in, the car that I drive, the Church that I attend, the Minister and all the elders.

I pray for all those very dear friends who are ill and some of whom are battling with really serious diseases.

Yes there has been pain and suffering during the past year and surely there will be pain and suffering too in the coming year.  But overall I am so grateful to GOD.  I am thankful that I can write this blog in HIS Holy name and I am thankful for all of you who read it.

I pray that this coming year will be a happy, blessed year for all of  you and your families and friends and for me and for my family and friends.  I pray that we pray continually and about everything.

Prayer:  ABBA FATHER, I have made a promise to you that in 2019, I will take every thought and every decision to YOU in prayer.  I pray FATHER that YOU help me to keep true to this.

I pray for my family and friends to be blessed throughout the new year.  But most of all FATHER, I pray that YOU will be with them in everything  they say and think and do.  I pray for all the friends who are sick, that YOU will put YOUR healing hands on them and bring them healing and peace.

I pray for all the people reading this blog that they and their families are truly blessed and that they will pray to YOU about everything in 2019.

I pray this in the Name of Jesus Christ, my Lord and Saviour.  Amen.

Stay wonderfully GOD blessed this 2019.

Trust in GOD

Let us make a New Year's Resolution and let it be that we, as children of GOD will trust in GOD with all our hearts.

No longer will we lean on ourselves or what we think, but we will take every decision to GOD, before we decide the path.  Then we will pray about the decision and ask GOD to give us signs.

Let us decide to give in to GOD's perfect plan for our lives.  HE knows us better than we know ourselves.  HE knows our going out and our coming in.  HE numbers the hairs on our heads.  But most of all, HE put us on earth to fulfill HIS perfect plan and let us ask HIM to show us the way.

Prayer: Heavenly FATHER, I thank YOU that YOU are my CREATOR.  I thank YOU that Jesus is YOUR Son and that YOU fill me with YOUR Holy Spirit.  I thank YOU FATHER that I can talk to YOU and YOU will guide me.

FATHER this new year, show me YOUR perfect plan for my life.  I pray this in the Holy Name of my Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.  Amen.

Stay wondrously GOD blessed today!

Creator not Created!

Jesus is part of the Holy Trinity.  Jesus is GOD among us.  Jesus was present at the beginning of creation.  Jesus is the Creator and and He was not created.

How do we know this?  The words written by John, a disciple of Jesus, in the introduction to his account of Jesus, tells us.  He knew Jesus and had a personal relationship with Him

And if we go back to Genesis, we know that GOD "spoke" (The Word), the universe into creation.

Therefore GOD has always had the master plan and the master plan is and was drawn up and created by GOD.  GOD knows that we are sinful in nature and He knows that there is no way for us to get to Heaven by our own doing.  But HE loves us and HE wants to spend eternity with each one of us.  Therefore HIS plan was to give us a way to get back to HIM.  And HIS plan was given to us through the life, death and resurrection of Jesus, HIS Son and through the Love and Joy that want to share with us.

To know and to accept that Jesus is our Lord and Saviour sets us free from sin.  It draws us back to GOD.  It shows us our sinful ways and fills us with the Holy Spirit.  It gives us peace.

Today, accept Jesus Christ as our Lord and Saviour.  Repent of our sins and forgive those who sin against us.  Be filled with the Holy Spirit.  Accept the grace of GOD and the love of our Saviour, Jesus Christ.

Prayer: Heavenly FATHER, thank YOU for YOUR Son Jesus Christ and YOUR grace.  Fill me with the Holy Spirit and give me YOUR peace.  Forgive my sins as I forgive those who sin against me.  I pray this in the Name of my Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.  Amen.

Stay truly and graciously GOD blessed today!

Joy!

As we move towards the end of this year, and we start to make arrangements to usher in the new year, let us make a determined effort to get really close to GOD in 2019.

Let us make a little time every day to spend in prayer and reading GOD's word.  Let us pray every day, throughout the day.

Most importantly, let us spend time with GOD as we leave this year and go into the next one on New Year's eve.

Do it differently this year and spend an hour on our knees praying for GOD to bring peace and joy to this world of ours in 2019.

Remember that we need to ask GOD to forgive our sins and we also need to thank HIM for all the blessings showered on us during this past year.

Prayer:  ABBA FATHER, I thank YOU for 2018 and I ask that YOU bless 2019 and be with me and my family and friends and help us to choose the right path to walk with you.  Help me FATHER to shine the light of Jesus on this world of ours.  I pray this in the Holy Name of Jesus Christ.  Amen.

Stay joyously GOD blessed today.

Love!

For GOD so loved the world that HE gave HIS only begotten Son, that whomever should believe in Him should not perish but have eternal life. John 3:16

This is love and love is described magnificently in the letter that Paul wrote to the Corinthians.  This is the same Saul of Tarshish who persecuted the Christians or followers of Christ.

Nobody would die for something that they did not believe in.  It is just not conceivable.  And yet Paul was martyred for his belief in Jesus.  But Paul loved Jesus in the end and he wanted to pass on that love to the whole world.  He wanted to spread the love.

Let us, as we celebrate this time of year, spread the love and let us shine the light of Jesus on this world.

Prayer: Heavenly FATHER GOD, I thank YOU for YOUR enormous love for me.  I thank YOU for the love of Jesus Christ who lives and reigns in me.  I thank YOU for YOUR grace.

I pray all of this in the Holy Name of my Redeemer. Jesus Christ.   Amen.

Stay lovingly GOD blessed today.

A Blessed Christmas to you all - dearest children of GOD!

GOD's richest blessings to you all and to you families this Christmas.  I trust that the Holy Spirit will be poured out on you all and on your families and friends.

May the LORD lift up HIS countenance upon you all and give you HIS peace.  Thank you for being such faithful followers of the word of GOD.

Prayer: Heavenly FATHER I thank YOU that YOU have given me the opportunity to write this blog in YOUR Name.  I thank YOU FATHER that the people who read it are blessed.  I thank YOU FATHER for all the children here on earth that live in YOUR Holy Name.  Please protect them all and bless them and their families this Christmas.  Heal those who need healing and make those who are lonely realize that they are never alone.  YOU are always with them.

I pray this in the Holy Name of my Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. Amen.

Stay GOD blessed today and tomorrow.

Faith!

Jesus told the woman who had been bleeding for twelve years that her faith had healed her.

This is not the only time Jesus spoke about faith.  Jesus also said that if we have faith as small as a mustard seed, we could tell a mountain to move into the sea and it would do it.

We are eager to disbelieve things and loathe to put all our trust into things that we cannot control.  However, when we take Jesus Christ as our Lord and Saviour, we need to put all our trust in Him.

This means that we need to pray about everything in our lives.  Every decision must be prayed about and everything we do must be taken to GOD before we act.  Then we need to trust Jesus to lead us onto the right path.

As we approach the great celebration of the birth of Jesus, let us resolve to take everything to GOD before we do it.

Prayer;  Heavenly FATHER, I thank YOU for Jesus and for my faith in Him as my Saviour.  FATHER help me before I make decisions to pray about them and to bring them all to YOU.  I pray this in the Holy Name of Jesus Christ.  Amen.

Stay faithfully GOD blessed today!

Faith!

GOD is the creator of the entire universe.  GOD was not created.  HE is the CREATOR.  GOD has a plan, not just for us, but for the entire universe and we are so privileged to be a part of HIS plan.

What GOD expects of us is nothing except to have faith in the Saviour HE sent to this earth.

As we move towards Christmas, we await the celebration of the birth of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.  He was born some two thousand years ago.

The anticipation of Christmas should lead us to know that our GOD is Almighty.  That HIS plan is perfect and all we need is faith.

Today as children of this Mighty GOD we serve, let us show our faith and celebrate the birth of our Saviour with renewed vigor.  Let us go out and let the light of Jesus shine on earth.

Prayer: Heavenly FATHER GOD, YOUR plan is perfect.  I have faith that I can have eternal life with YOU.  I accept Jesus Christ as my Lord and Saviour.  FATHER forgive my sins as I forgive all those who sin against me.

Let the light of Jesus shine through me this Christmas.  I pray this in the Holy Name of my Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.  Amen.

Stay truly faithfully GOD blessed today.

Faith!

Faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see!.  How profound this is.

We are celebrating the birth of our Saviour.  A Saviour we have not had the privilege to behold in the flesh.  Well, at least, not most of us.  We have faith in GOD our FATHER.  The Bible tells us that if we encounter GOD face to face, we are surely not alive anymore!

But GOD has put faith in our hearts.  Faith to accept that through our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ, we will have an eternal life with our FATHER in Heaven.

Let us truly celebrate our faith this Christmas Advent.

Prayer:  Heavenly FATHER thank YOU for the faith in YOU.  Thank YOU for YOUR grace and favour.  FATHER, we adore YOU and we want an eternal life with YOU.

We pray this in the Holy Name of our Lord and saviour, Jesus Christ.  Amen.

Stay faithfully GOD blessed today!

Hope!

Our FATHER in Heaven wants us to have hope.  HE gives us hope.  We have hope in Jesus being our Saviour.  We have hope that our lives on earth are meaningful.  We have hope for a better future.

Whatever we want for our lives, without hope, we have nothing.  When hope goes, people despair and when they despair they lose the will to live.

GOD knows this and HE designed us to have hope.  Hope in HIS promises, which HE always keeps.  Hope in HIS grace, which HE freely gives to us.  Hope in forgiveness, which we get if we but ask for it.  Hope in the eternal life, Heaven.  Which is waiting for each one of us.  And the best part of all this hope is that our hope is simple.

Repent of our sins, and accept Jesus Christ as the Son of GOD.  Accept that He came to his earth and that we are about to celebrate His birth.  Accept Him as our living Saviour.

Prayer;  ABBA FATHER, I have hope in YOU.  I pray for YOUR grace.  I accept Jesus as my Saviour.  Father forgive me for sinning as I forgive all those who have sinned against me.

I pray this in the Holy Name of Jesus Christ.  Amen.

Stay hopefully GOD blessed today!

Hope!

GOD knows us and HE understands us.  HE understands that without hope, we would not strive.  Without striving we would cease to grow.  Therefore throughout the ages, GOD has given us hope.  Hope of a better future, hope of stronger relationships and hope of the eternal life we will share with HIM.

Today grab hold of hope and look forward to the future.  Look forward to a life worth living.  Look forward to always having Jesus Christ in each one us!

Prayer: Heavenly FATHER GOD, I thank YOU that YOU gave me hope.  I thank YOU that I have hope.  I thank YOU that I can look forward to spending eternity with YOU.  I thank YOU that i always hope for the future, knowing that YOUR plans for my life are perfect.

I pray all of this in the Holy Name of my Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.  Amen.

Stay hopefully GOD blessed today.

Hope!

GOD always delivers on HIS promises.  And GOD promises us hope.  Hope is the thing that keeps us moving forward.

We have been given the Holy Spirit to live in each one of us.  It is that Holy Spirit that keeps us moving towards our end goal, an eternal life with GOD the FATHER.

Today let us hope that this Christmas we are all filled with the Holy Spirit and that GOD does wondrous things in all our lives.  Let us hope that we have wonderful fellowship with our families and that we are truly blessed.

Let us not forget, however, to thank GOD for all HIS countless blessings in our lives.

Prayer:  Heavenly FATHER, I thank YOU that YOU give me hope.  I thank YOU that I can work towards an eternal life with YOU.  I give thanks FATHER for all my blessings and for this time that I can spend with my family here on earth.

I pray this in the Holy Name of my Lord and Saviour, my Redeener, Jesus Christ.  Amen.

Stay hopefully GOD blessed today!

Love

The Bible tells us often of the enormous love that GOD has for each one us.  We are HIS children and HE planned us before the beginning of time.  HE numbers the hairs on our heads and HE calls each one of us by name.

When Jesus came to earth, He was denounced by men and crucified on a cross.  The world did not know Him.

The only way the world can know Jesus is by people spreading the news that the Messiah has come and He has died for our sins.  He has risen and He sits at the right hand of GOD the FATHER.  He will judge both the living and the dead.

Today, let us accept Jesus as our living Saviour.  Let us spread the news this advent and save those who have not heard or do not want to know our Saviour.

Prayer: Heavenly FATHER GOD, I thank YOU that YOU sent YOUR only begotten Son to die for my sins.  I thank YOU that He rose again and that He sits at YOUR right hand.  I thank YOU that He will judge me.

FATHER forgive my sins as I forgive those who have sinned against me.  I pray this in the name of my Redeemer, Jesus Christ.  Amen.

Stay lovingly GOD blessed today.

Love!

The love of GOD, which is in Jesus, has been unconditionally given to each one of us.

This is the absolute privilege of being a child of GOD.  Once we accept Jesus as our Saviour, we have Jesus come and live in each one of us.

How do we know that Jesus is living in us?  We become a "new creation" when we have Jesus in our lives.  We see the suffering of others and we care.  We want to do something about it.

The love of GOD is what separates us from non-believers.  It is the core of Christianity.  The Jesus that comes to live in us, shows us the suffering of others.  It makes us aware of the needs of others.

Today, let each one of us, accept Jesus as our Living Saviour.  Let us have Jesus come and live in us so that we can make a difference in this world.

As we approach Christmas. let us shine the light of Jesus on earth.

Prayer:  Heavenly Gracious GOD, I thank YOU for the Son YOU sent to die for me.  I accept Jesus as my Lord and Saviour.  I pray FATHER that Jesus comes to live in me so that I can shine His light on this earth.

I pray this in the Holy Name of my Redeemer, Jesus Christ.  Amen.

Stay graciously and lovingly GOD blessed today!

Love!

Without love, we have have nothing and we are nothing.  GOD is love and so is Jesus.  The greatest commandment came from Jesus and that is that we must all love GOD with all our hearts and with all our minds and with all our souls and with all our strength.

The second commandment that Jesus gave us is that we are to love one another as He has loved us.

Let us take the words of Jesus to heart this Advent and really concentrate on loving GOD and our neighbours here on earth.

Let us pray to GOD often and sincerely and when we pray let us tell GOD how much we love HIM.  Let us tell the people around us that we love them and if we cannot do that, then let us show them how much we love them.

Let us make this Advent a truly loving one.

Prayer:  ABBA FATHER, I love YOU and I thank YOU that YOU love me.  I love my fellow beings on earth and I pray for them now to YOU FATHER.  Show them that YOU love them all  and give me ways to show them that I love them too.

I pray this in the Holy Name of my Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.

Stay lovingly GOD blessed today!

Peace!

Jesus told us never to be afraid about or of anything.  We should know that the GOD we serve can do anything and everything.  Nothing is too much for GOD or Jesus.

So this Advent, let us turn to Jesus, our Friend and our Saviour.  If we have any cares and worries let us cast them on Him.  He can handle everything that we, very frail humans, cannot.

Jesus loves and and He came to earth and lived amongst us.  He wants us to live a happy life and the best life that we can live.

Therefore, today, let us reach out and talk to Jesus and cast all or worries upon Him.

Prayer: Heavenly FATHER, I have worries and cares, but I know that YOU can handle them.  Today FATHER, I give you all my cares and worries.  Grant me YOUR peace.

I pray this in the Holy Name of my Saviour, my Redeemer, Jesus Christ.  Amen.

Stay peacefully GOD blessed today!

Peace!

Today as we approach our celebration of the birth of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ, I want to wish all the readers of this blog the peace of GOD.

I truly wish you all a very healthy, happy, blessed time with your families and friends.  To all the readers who are ill or who have family that are ill, I want to say that GOD is with you.  To all the readers who have problems or difficulties, GOD has a plan for each one of you.  To all those readers who think that they are alone - you are not.  GOD is with you!

When you are happy - read the word of GOD and pray to HIM.

When you are sad or are facing challenges - read the word of GOD and pray to HIM.

Although you may feel alone, you are not.  GOD has sent HIS Counselor who lives in each one of us.  GOD sent HIS Son to die for each one of us.  None of us is more special to GOD.  None of us is loved more by GOD.  We are HIS children and we can share in the love of Jesus and accept the peace which transcends all understanding.

I am praying for you all to be blessed throughout the next few days until Christmas and I trust that GOD will be with each one of us.

Prayer:  Heavenly FATHER, today I lift up all my family and all my friends to YOU.  I lift up all those reading this blog.  I pray that YOU will bless us all and grant us YOUR peace which I know transcends all understanding.  I thank YOU FATHER for YOUR love.  I thank YOU FATHER for YOUR grace and I thank YOU for YOUR Son Jesus Christ - whom I accept as my Lord and Saviour.

I pray all of this in the Holy Name of Jesus Christ.  Amen.

Stay peacefully GOD blessed today!

The Lamb of GOD!

Jesus is the lamb of GOD who came to earth to take all our sins on Him.  So effectively Jesus replaced the "scapegoat" which the Jews used to use to put all their sins on, in the old Testament.  This scapegoat was sent out into the desert carrying all the sins of the people.

A lamb is always associated with purity and blemish free.  It is also associated with an innocence.

Our GOD is a truly merciful GOD who wants a living relationship with each one of us.  HE wants to spend eternity with us.  After all HE created us.

We, who are sinners, know how much we love our children.  How much greater and deeper and more forgiving is the love our GOD has for each one of us.

Prayer: Heavenly FATHER, I thank YOU for the lamb YOU sent to die for me.  I accept Jesus as my Saviour.  I return the love YOU have given me by asking FATHER that YOU forgive my sins as I forgive all those who sin against me.

I pray all of this in the Holy Name of my Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.  Amen.

Stay lovingly GOD blessed today!

Jesus amonst us!

Jesus promised us that He would never leave us or forsake us! When He spoke to His disciples He promised to send the Mighty Counselor to live in each one us.

This is why as Christians, it is so important now to spend time reflecting on the birth, the life and the death of Jesus.  It is important that we celebrate the Grace of GOD and accept His Son as our Lord and Saviour.

It is also important that we "right size" Christmas.  This is a truly momentous occasion when we celebrate not only the birth of our Saviour, but the fulfillment of the promise by GOD that He would send HIS Son to live on this earth, to be crucified and to rise from the dead in order to give us the chance to spend eternity with HIM.

Make this Christmas truly memorable and special.  Tell people the good news and spread the Gospel.  Make everyone we meet feel special and most of all - loved.

Prayer:  Heavenly FATHER, I thank YOU for the Mighty Counselor and I thank YOU for Jesus.  I love YOU FATHER and I love the Lord Jesus.  I humbly ask that during the Advent, YOU present me with opportunities to spread the good news of YOUR Son, my Saviour.  I humbly ask that YOU show me how to love my neighbour as myself.

I ask this in the Holy Name of my Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.  Amen.

Stay lovingly GOD blessed today.

Prince of Peace!

The Prince of peace reigns over all the earth.  He will come to judge us and He sits at the right hand of GOD our FATHER in Heaven.

Jesus was with GOD before the creation.  Jesus is the word and He gives us the wonderful counselor who comes to live in each one of us when we accept Him as our Saviour.

Let us today embrace the Prince of peace as He prepares to come back to fetch us to our everlasting life in Heaven.

Bow down to GOD today and let us tell GOD that we accept HIS Grace; that we know that Jesus is our Lord and Saviour and that we are sinners and that GOD needs to forgive us our sins.

Then let us consciously forgive those who have sinned against us.

Prepare for the coming again of Jesus Christ for the times of the end are close and we do not know when it will be.  It can be today, or tomorrow or next year.  But let us be ready and not get caught still holding on to past wrongs committed by us or against us.  Let us accept the love and peace of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.

Prayer: Heavenly FATHER, I accept Jesus as my Lord and Saviour.  Forgive my sins as I forgive those who sin against me.  I pray all of this in the Holy Name of my Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.  Amen.

Stay peacefully GOD blessed today!

A Messiah is born!

To continue with the story of Jesus foretold by Isaiah some 700 years before, we read in Luke that "the Messiah" was born.

Can you imagine what GOD suffered in order to give us salvation.  Firstly, HE had to give HIS son to a mother in times where a baby out of wedlock could result in any number of truly dreadful repercussions.  Then there was Joseph to deal with.  And would they bring the child up correctly with the right values?

Remember that although Jesus is now a supernatural being, during His time on earth, He was a human being just like you and me.

GOD was suffering all through the life of Jesus knowing what was to come and also knowing that this is the only way that HE can give us all a chance to spend our eternal lives with HIM.  HE made each one of us and knows us by name.

Could you give your child this life and this end?  No and worse we cannot even fathom the enormous love and grace behind all of this.

So today let us bow down and worship this awesome, magnanimous GOD of ours who suffered even worse than Jesus and knew that if HE intervened, we would all be relegated to hell one day.

Let us thank GOD and beg HIM to forgive our sins as we forgive all those who have sinned against us.  Just as GOD forgives us and all those who crucified HIS beloved Son.

Prayer: Heavenly FATHER, I thank YOU for Jesus as my Saviour.  I pray FATHER that YOU forgive my sins as I forgive those who sin against me.

I humbly ask this in the Holy Name of my Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.  Amen.

Stay graciously GOD blessed today!

Unto us a child is born!

GOD promised us a Saviour.  And so it was seven hundred or so years later that we know our Saviour, Jesus Christ was born in a little town called Bethlehem.

We know that wise men, who studied these things and the stars knew about the birth and travelled from afar to see for themselves this child.

GOD promised us a Saviour and GOD gave us a Saviour.  Now all we have to do is accept our Saviour!

Prayer: Heavenly FATHER today I accept Jesus Christ as my Saviour.  I repent of my sins and I forgive those who sin against me.  I pray all of this in the Holy Name of my Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.  Amen.

Stay gloriously GOD blessed today!

Jesus is coming!

Jesus is coming.  As GOD has kept HIS promises so Jesus is the word!  And the word became flesh and dwelt amongst us.  So Jesus will come back to earth again.

As we celebrate the advent of Christmas this year, let us be mindful that no one knows the hour or the minute when Jesus will come back to earth.  However, we need to be ready always.  It is not prudent to put off accepting Jesus as our Lord and Saviour.  We need to do so now.

It is also not a good idea to put off asking GOD for the forgiveness of our sins.  We need to put our affairs in order and be ready each and every day to receive Jesus back on earth.

Prayer: Heavenly FATHER, I accept Jesus as my Lord and Saviour.  I beg for YOUR grace and mercy and please forgive my sins as I forgive all those who sin against me.  I pray this in the Holy Name of my Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. Amen.

Stay wondrously GOD blessed today!

GOD keeps HIS promises!

A virgin will give birth to a child and she will call His name Immanuel! (GOD with us!)

GOD promised to Isaiah that this event would take place.  This was hundreds of years before the actual event.

As we celebrate Christmas this year, let us consider how awesome GOD is.  When GOD makes a promise, HE does not forget.  HE always delivers on all of HIS promises.

Jesus promises us that if we accept Him as our Lord and Saviour, we are going to Heaven.  In His FATHER's house are many rooms and He has gone before us to prepare a place for us.

We know from the verse above that GOD is true and all we need to do is accept HIS mighty Grace and believe in His Son, Jesus Christ.

Prayer:  Heavenly FATHER, how simple YOU have made my life.  In YOU I am saved.  Today FATHER, I accept Jesus as my Lord and Saviour.  I humbly ask that YOU forgive my sins as I forgive those who sin against me.

I pray all of this in the Holy Name of my Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.  Amen.

Stay assuredly GOD blessed today!

A child is born!

Isaiah tells us of the birth of Christ long before the event took place.  Hundreds of years before.  This event was shown to Isaiah by GOD.  GOD knew that the only way to save us from our sinful ways was not through the law.

The law was not enough to keep us from sinning.  We continue to sin regardless of the law.  So what we need is salvation, not through our own works or even through our own confession of sin, but rather by the total grace of GOD.

GOD showed Isaiah that through a virgin, a lamb, a scapegoat, a perfect being without blemish would come to earth and live amongst us.  He would take all our sins onto the cross with Him and He would die for our sins.

That is not the end of the story, but rather the beginning.  Christ would overcome the grave and would rise after three days and He would ascend into Heaven after being on earth for another forty days.  There in Heaven, He sits at the right hand of the FATHER.

What grace we are given!

Let us accept this today and throw ourselves onto the grace of GOD for our salvation.  Let us take Jesus Christ as our Lord and Saviour.  Let us ask GOD to forgive our sins and let us forgive those who sin against us.

Prayer: Heavenly FATHER GOD I thank YOU that YOU are a GOD of enormous grace.  I thank YOU that YOU promised to send YOUR Son to die for my sins and that YOU keep YOUR promises.

Today FATHER forgive my sins as I forgive those who sin against me.  I pray this in the Holy Name of my Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.  Amen.

Stay graciously GOD blessed today!

:"Right-size GOD"

Often when we think about our lives, we think about all the things that we done wrong.  We remember all the times we have sinned against our fellow men and women and against GOD.  We think about what terrible things we have done.

But, our GOD is great.  HE is gracious in the extreme.  No matter what we have done or what we have not done, we can be forgiven.  Our GOD loves us and knows us and HE knows that we are sinful by nature.

David killed Uriah the Hittite in order to cover up the fact that he had made Bathsheba pregnant, and yet GOD forgave him.  So what did it take for David to be forgiven of even the murder of a man for the sake of his lust for the man's wife?  It took David to fall on his knees and beg for forgiveness.

GOD chose King David for the lineage of Jesus.  So we should never assume that our GOD is so small that HE cannot do anything.  He can do anything and even forgive us for the most heinous of sins.  GOD reads our hearts and HE knows what we are thinking.

Today, let us wait no longer.  Let us fall down on knees and beg our gracious, loving FATHER in Heaven to forgive our sins.  Then let us forgive those who have sinned against us.

Let us accept Jesus Christ as our Lord and Saviour.

Prayer: Heavenly FATHER GOD, today I beg YOU to forgive all my sins.  I forgive all those who have sinned against me.  I accept Jesus Christ as my Lord and Saviour and the only way to get to live an eternal life with YOU.  FATHER I accept YOUR grace.

I pray all of this in the Holy Name of my Redeemer. Jesus Christ.  Amen.

Stay graciously GOD blessed today!
