Patience

Our FATHER in Heaven is always patient with us.  HE listens to us when we pray and HE forgives us when we sin.  What we have to do on earth is to reflect the enormous patience that we receive from our FATHER in Heaven.

Let us today exercise our patience with one another and let us love each other in the same manner that GOD loves us.

Prayer:  Heavenly FATHER, I thank YOU that YOU love me and that YOU are patient with me.  I thank YOU in the Holy Name of Jesus Christ.  Amen.

GOD is quick to forgive us!

Our wonderful Heavenly FATHER loves us and HE wants us to be close to HIM.  Sin will continually separate us from having a sound and meaningful relationship with our FATHER.

Today let us think about our sins and let us talk to GOD and ask HIM to forgive us for each sin as it comes to mind.  Let us confess to our FATHER that we are sinners and that we are so grateful that HE has given us a way to get back into a sound relationship with HIM.

Prayer:  Heavenly FATHER, forgive me today as I have sinned.  Cleanse me from the impurities of life.  Give me a chance to draw close to YOU.  I thank YOU in the Holy Name of Jesus Christ.  Amen.

GOD with us!

GOD is always with us.  We often think that we have somehow lost GOD or that we seek HIM but that we do not find HIM.

However our FATHER in Heaven is ALWAYS with us.  All we need to do is call out to HIM.

When we seek GOD we will always find HIM.  GOD is never lost.  Only we get lost.

This last week has been a truly awesome week.  I have a perfect, brand new second granddaughter.  My family are well and I have had amazing successes in everything I have done.  And in this all, I can only see the hand of GOD and I know that my FATHER in Heaven and I are in this together.  

So today, I want to thank GOD from the bottom of my heart for blessings far beyond anything I could ever dream or imagine.

Prayer:  ABBA FATHER, how I love YOU.  YOU truly are my all in all.  YOU are my going out and my coming in.  Without YOU I am nothing.  With YOU I am so strong.

Thank YOU FATHER for all that YOU are to me.  I thank YOU in the Holy Name of Jesus Christ, my Lord and my Saviour.  Amen.

GOD of everything on earth!

Our GOD is so big and so powerful.  Our GOD can do anything through HIS power and with HIS majesty and with HIS splendour. 

Today let us give thanks that we serve the most HIGH GOD, our FATHER, our CREATOR.

Prayer;  ABBA FATHER, tonight I cry out to YOU.  I give thanks to YOU.  YOU are my FATHER, and I thank YOU that YOU sent my Redeemer, Jesus Christ to save me from my sins.  Amen.

I am with you!

We do not have to fear anything with GOD on our side.  Sin separates us from our FATHER in Heaven.

Today let us repent of our sins and get in line with GOD's plans for our lives and things will go a whole lot better.

Jesus rose up to Heaven

Jesus rose up to into Heaven.  This is the risen Christ upon whom the grace of GOD rests.  Had Jesus not conquered death and risen on the third day, the grace of GOD would be absolutely meaningless.  But just as GOD promised, HE gave us a way to overcome our sinful natures.

We can achieve an eternal life with GOD by accepting the risen Jesus as our Lord and our Saviour.  We need to confess that Jesus is Lord, that He died to save us from our sins and that He took our sins onto that cross and washed them as white as snow.

We need to repent and then we are saved.  We need to know that Jesus promised that He would return to this earth and that He would fetch us to live with Him in place that He has gone ahead to prepare for us.

That time is upon us.  We need to know that we cannot procrastinate or compromise our eternal life by putting off what we need to do.  

Now let us do that and know that if Jesus comes tonight we are ready.  

Prayer: ABBA FATHER, I know that only through YOUR grace am I saved.  I confess that Jesus is my Lord and my Saviour.  I humbly ask that YOU forgive my sins as I forgive all those who have sinned against me.  I ask this in the Holy Name of Jesus Christ.  Amen.

Are we listening to GOD?

Dearest children of GOD.  Are we listening to GOD?

When we hear people, I mean truly hear people talking to us, we get a feeling of their mood, their thoughts, their hearts.  And that is what GOD wants from us.  GOD wants us to listen to HIM so that we can feel HIS mood, HIS heart and HIS thoughts.

We can listen to GOD by prayer and through reading our Bibles.  We can listen to GOD by talking to other Christians.  We can listen to GOD by going to a Church and by attending fellowship sessions.

Let us this year make a pact with GOD to listen to HIM.

Prayer:  Heavenly FATHER, I thank YOU that I have ears and that I can hear YOU talking to me.  I thank YOU in the Holy Name of Jesus Christ.  Amen.

The word of GOD is alive and active!

Do not be deceived that the Bible is an old book full of things which are not applicable today.  This again is the work of the evil one on earth.

The Bible is alive and it is active.  More so today than at any other time in history.  We are living in the end of times.  When you read the word and look around the world, you can see the prophecy of ancient times coming to pass.

Just take the land of Israel.  And do not think for one moment that Israel is not GOD's chosen people.  GOD made promises to Abraham, Isaac, Jacob and King David.  GOD keeps HIS word.

The land of Israel was restored in one day exactly as GOD said in the old Testament.

Therefore no this.  When GOD has given HIS word - the spirit filled, GOD breathed words, written down for us by HIS chosen, we need to understand that we need to read this every single day.  We need to fill ourselves with the messages GOD is giving us.

Therefore let us make reading our Bibles a daily habit.  Let us pray to GOD and ask HIM to come to us through HIS word and speak to each one of us today.

Prayer:  Heavenly FATHER, I thank YOU that I can read YOUR word daily.  FATHER please help me to see YOUR messages to me.  I pray this in the Holy Name of Jesus Christ.  Amen.

Bible is the inerrant true word of GOD!

When we say we are children of GOD, we should be reading our Bibles and talking to GOD daily.  We need to read the word of GOD and know that through this, GOD is giving us HIS plan for our lives.

When we doubt the Bible, it is actually sin creeping into our lives through the evil one.  It is they way that sin separates us from GOD.

GOD has spoken to HIS people throughout all the ages through the Bible.  Therefore let us make time to read our Bibles daily.  Let us meditate on the word of GOD and let us pray constantly to our FATHER in Heaven, who loves us.

Prayer:  ABBA FATHER, I love YOU so much.  Show me YOUR way for my life.  I pray this in the Holy Name of Jesus Christ.  Amen.

GOD's perfect timing!

GOD's timing is perfect!  When we try to rush things or push our own agendas through, it usually ends up in a complete disaster.

However, when we pray to GOD earnestly and honestly and ask GOD to put us into HIS plan, rather than trying to squeeze GOD into our plan, then our lives seem to be so much easier.

Today, let us go down on our knees and ask GOD to help us fit into HIS plan rather than the other way around.

Prayer;  Heavenly FATHER, I thank YOU that YOUR timing and YOUR plans are always perfect.  In Jesus Holy Name.  Amen.

As we start out the new year and we get back into the swing of things, we need to make more time to spend with GOD.  This is the only way to true peace on earth.

When we give time to GOD, we can hear HIM speak to us.  When we read HIS word, we can listen to HIM talking to us through the verses.

No verse if more appropriate today.  So let us take the time to let GOD shine HIS face upon us and let HIM give us HIS peace.

This is the peace that surpasses all understanding and it is what I wish for you all in 2020.

Prayer;  Heavenly FATHER, thank YOU that YOUR peace is perfect.  Thank YOU that YOUR face can shine upon each one of us if we will just let it.  Thank YOU in the Holy Name of Jesus Christ.  Amen.

GOD's plan for 2020

How often we wonder what the purpose of our lives are.  Well, the Bible tells us exactly what our purpose in life is.  

We were made in the image of GOD.  GOD planned not only the earth, the universe and all that is in it, but HE made us.  Therefore, it is simple.  We are on earth to worship GOD.  We are here to reflect the glory of the LORD.

So today let us shine our lights ahead into 2020 and show the people on earth the light of Jesus indwelling us.  Let us be true children of GOD and reflect HIS glory.

Prayer:  ABBA FATHER, as YOU have loved me so I love YOU and I humbly ask that YOU show me how to reflect YOUR glory on earth.  I pray this in the Holy Name of Jesus Christ.  Amen.
