Renew your mind!

 

Dearest CHRIST followers, we constantly need to take our thoughts captive and to renew our minds.

That we can prove what is good, well pleasing and the perfect will of GOD.

Even when we pray let us pray "THY will be done, FATHER".

Today let us resolve that we are on earth to give glory to GOD and not to live our lives in a manner that conforms to this earth.

Prayer:  ABBA FATHER, I thank YOU that through YOUR will I can renew my mind.  FATHER help me to take every thought captive and to renew my mind by reading YOUR will and praying to YOU constantly about everything.  I humbly pray this in the HOLY Name of JESUS CHRIST.  Amen.

Knowledge of the Glory of the LORD

Dearest CHRIST followers we seem to be living in the end of times.   Never before has information been so quickly disseminated around the world.

Are we ready for the Rapture?  If not then let us repent and believe in JESUS today.  We may not have tomorrow. 

Prayer:  ABBA FATHER I humbly thank YOU for YOUR grace and favour in sending JESUS to save me.  I pray that all reading this today have accepted JESUS  as their SAVIOUR.  I pray this in the Holy Name of JESUS CHRIST Amen 🙏

Faith!

Dearest CHRIST followers we have faith in JESUS  and in the book of Hebrews the writer explains exactly what faith is.

Faith is essential to our belief in JESUS as the SAVIOUR  and as the way, the only way, to spend eternity in Heaven.

It is important to grow our faith through prayer and through reading our Bible and through the insight and knowledge of the character of our FATHER. 

Prayer:  ABBA FATHER I humbly pray that YOU help me to grow in faith daily.  I humbly pray this in the Holy Name of JESUS CHRIST Amen 🙏

JESUS came to save

 Dearest CHRIST followers GOD has made a way for us to get to spend eternity with HIM in Heaven 

We are all eternal. Our souls will live forever.  Our choices are simple for our life after this very short life on earth.  Heaven or hell.

When we accept JESUS as the SAVIOUR who died on a Cross and who paid for all our sins on that Cross, we choose Heaven.

Prayer ABBA FATHER I humbly thank YOU that YOU sent JESUS to be the propititation for my sins.  I confess that JESUS is my LORD and my SAVIOUR.   I humbly pray that YOU forgive my sins.  I pray this in the Holy Name of JESUS CHRIST Amen 🙏

JESUS is the Light of the world

 Dearest CHRIST followers JESUS is the Light of the world.  Without having faith in JESUS we are walking in the darkness.

JESUS came to bring light and love and mercy and grace to us.  All who believe in JESUS walk in that light.

Prayer:  ABBA FATHER Thank YOU for JESUS and thank YOU for bringing me out of the darkness and into YOUR Light.   I thank YOU in the Holy Name of JESUS CHRIST Amen 🙏

Praise the LORD!

 Dearest CHRIST followers, we need to bring glory to GOD.  In the Psalm above, David writes that he will bless the LORD at all times.

Continually, David, says, the praise of our FATHER will be in his mouth.

This is an amazing way to be.  Let us ask our FATHER to give us a heart that praises HIM continually.

Prayer;  ABBA FATHER, I humbly pray that YOUR praise is continually on my lips.  Bless YOU FATHER for all that YOU are and all that YOU have done for me.  I humbly pray this in the HOLY name of JESUS CHRIST.  Amen.

Do not walk in way of man!

 Dearest CHRIST followers we are children of the most High GOD.   Therefore, we now need to pray to our FATHER to make us more like JESUS.

We are not to want to be worldly. We are now required to be the Light of the world. And this world is becoming a very dark place.

Let us ask GOD to help us to shine HIS light in the dark places 

Prayer:  ABBA FATHER I humbly thank YOU that I am able to be a child of YOURS.

FATHER  help me to grow to be more like JESUS every day.

GOD's will!

Dearest CHRIST followers, we need to know and to understand the nature and character of our FATHER.  

Our FATHER requires that HIS will is done.  Therefore, in order to pray and to know that our FATHER hears us, let us always ask that HIS Will be done and not ours.

Let us pray as JESUS taught us in Matthew.  "THY will be done on earth, as it is in Heaven".

Prayer: ABBA FATHER, I humbly pray that YOU hear my prayers and that THY Will be done and not my will.  I humbly pray this in the HOLY Name of JESUS CHRIST.  Amen.

All have sinned

 Dearest CHRIST followers we are all in need of a  SAVIOUR.   We simply cannot claim to ve sinless. And comparing ourselves to others in order to try to prove that we are "better" is a futile exercise. 

Today let us thank GOD for giving us a way to get to Heaven by accepting JESUS as our Redemmer and turning from our sinful ways.

A purpose in JESUS

Dearest CHRIST followers we have a purpose in life.  It is to bring glory to our FATHER in Heaven. 

When we know our FATHER and understand HIS purpose for our lives on earth, then we have a fullness of joy, looking forward to being in the presence of our FATHER for eternity.

Prayer:   ABBA FATHER I humbly thank YOU that YOU have given me the joy of a purpose for my life. I humbly thank YOU in the Holy Name of JESUS CHRIST Amen 🙏

Knowing our FATHER

 Dearest CHRIST followers we should always strive to learn to know our FATHER and our SAVIOUR.   The knowledge and understanding of the magnitude our CREATOR is the way to understanding the deepest, purest love our CREATOR showers on all of us.

If GOD so desires, HE can destroy us all with a mere word.

Our FATHER wants none to perish but HE wants all to come into a living everlasting relationship with HIM.

Prayer:  ABBA FATHER I humbly thank YOU that JESUS conquered death and that we celebrate our Risen SAVIOUR today.

JESUS has overcome the world

 Dearest CHRIST followers we need not fear anything on earth.  Our FATHER has overcome the world.

Today. as we are in the middle of tge Passover weekend, let us be thankful that we are children of the MOST HIGH FATHER  who  loves us so much that HE sent HIS SON to conquer life  and death  on the earth in order to ascend into Heaven.  JESUS now sits at the right of our FATHER.

JESUS intercedes on our behalf. All we have to do is to pray with thanksgiving, giving our supplications to JESUS.

Abide in JESUS

 Dearest CHRIST followers today we mark the Crucifixion of our SAVIOUR.  

Our SAVIOUR gave up HIS life on earth to give us eternal life with our FATHER in Heaven. 

Let us, therefore, abide in JESUS.  Let us remain true to our SAVIOUR and be HIS light on the earth.

Prayer:  ABBA FATHER I thank YOU that YOU gave me eternal life in Heaven.   I pray that I may shine YOUR light on earth.  I humbly pray this in the Holy Name of JESUS CHRIST Amen 🙏

JESUS is the Bread of life!

 Dearest CHRIST followers we have eternal life in Heaven  through our faith in JESUS CHRIST.   We cannot work our way into Heaven.  We cannot do anything of ourselves to get to Heaven.

JESUS paid our way in full.  HE used HIS body - "the bread of life" to pay the price we owe for all our sins.

HE paid the price in full. 

As we go towards the Passover, let us remember how much suffering HE endured  and how much  blood our Saviour spilt to save us.

We can never repay HIM.  All HE asks is that we believe and repent of our sins and love our FATHER and live each other as JESUS loves us.

Prayer:  ABBA FATHER I thank YOU and I thank JESUS and I thank the HOLY SPIRIT that YOU have loved me so much.  I humbly pray that YOU show me how to love YOU more every day.  I pray this in the HOLY Name of JESUS CHRIST Amen 🙏

Love our GOD

 Dearest CHRIST followers,  we serve a "jealous" GOD.  And rightly so!  Our FATHER has created the heavens and the earth and everything in it.  Then HE has breathed life into each one of us.  Without HIM, we would not exist.

Therefore, it is imperative to learn to know our FATHER intimately and to understand HIS gracious,  kind, loving but extremely righteous nature.  We serve a HOLY  FATHER who wants us to love HIM above all else.  As HE loves us!

Prayer  ABBA FATHER I thank YOU that YOU are gracious and righteous and HOLY.  FATHER, I love YOU with all my heart. I humbly pray this in the Holy Name of JESUS CHRIST Amen 🙏

Pray in Faith

 Dearest CHRIST followers we are to have faith that our FATHER can do all things if HE so wills.

When we ask, if we ask according to the will of our FATHER in Heaven, we will receive. However if we doubt, we will not receive as FATHER reads our hearts. HE knows our every thought.

Today resolve to ask only if you truly believe.

Prayer. ABBA FATHER YOU are so gracious. I humbly ask that if it be YOUR will my prayers will be answered.   I humbly pray this in the Holy Name of JESUS CHRIST Amen 🙏

Humility

 Dearest CHRIST followers our LORD JESUS CHRIST humbled HIMSELF to come down to earth from Heaven to save us from our sins.

In return, we need to humble ourselves in gratitude for this gracious act.  

JESUS tells us that those that humble themselves on earth shall be exalted in Heaven.

Let us pray to our FATHER for true humility and an attitude of enormous gratitude for what our SAVIOUR has done for us.

Prayer:  ABBA FATHER I humbly thank YOU for all that YOU have done for me. I thank YOU for YOUR gracious forgiveness of my sins.

Believe to receive answered prayers!

 Dearest CHRIST followers we need to grow our faith.  Faith is the result of knowing the nature and character of our FATHER. 

When we understand that our FATHER can do anything and we are praying in HIS will and not for own gain, our prayers are answered.

Be clear, all prayers are heard, but not all prayers are answered.  This is because we are not asking our FATHER that HIS will be done and not ours.

However, if we ask and fo not believe, our prayers will not be answered either.  

Prayer:  ABBA FATHER Thank YOU that YOU hear my prayers. FATHER I humbly ask that YOUR will be done.   I humbly ask this in the Holy Name of JESUS CHRIST Amen 🙏

Fruit of the SPIRIT

 Dearest CHRIST followers we are children of GOD, and as such, we have the HOLY SPIRIT living in each one of us.

However, we need to be fruitful and produce good fruit.

Paul, in his letter to the Galatians, sets out for us the fruit of the SPIRIT. 

Today, let us adpire to produce fruit that shines the glory of GOD on the earth.

Prayer. ABBA FATHER I humbly thank YOU for the HOLY SPIRIT living in me.  

FATHER I pray that produce some of the fruit of the HOLY SPIRIT and in so doing shine YOUR Glory on this earth .

Be anxious for nothing!

 Dearest CHRIST followers, we need to trust in our FATHER for HE is our refuge and our strength.  Our ever present help in times of trouble.

We need to take our requests to our FATHER in prayer.  We need to do so, giving thanks for the blessings we receive so richly and so freely.

Once we have thanked our FATHER, we can present our prayer requests and ask our FATHER to give us HIS peace which transcends all understanding.

Then the peace of JESUS will guard our hearts and our minds and give us rest.

Prayer;  ABBA FATHER, I humbly thank YOU that YOU are my strength and my shield.  FATHER, today I humbly pray that YOU give me YOUR peace which transcends all understanding.

Faith!

 Dearest CHRIST followers, we need to have faith.  When we truly have faith, we can do anything. But we can not be tossed about like the waves.

The way to grow our faith is through a living relationship with our FATHER.   Daily washing with the Word of GOD is essential.  

Praying, incessantly without ceasing will also grow our faith.

Today, let us resolve to grow our faith.

The HOLY SPIRIT!

 Dearest CHRIST followers we have the HOLY SPIRIT of our FATHER living in us when we accept JESUS as our SAVIOUR. 

Therefore we need to know that our bodies are now the temple of the LORD.  We need to treat our bodies with the respect due. 

Most importantly,  it is not so much what we put into our bodies, but what comes out.  Particularly our mouths.  Our speech needs to edify our FATHER. 

Prayer. ABBA FATHER I humbly thank YOU for the HOLY SPIRIT living in me.  FATHER I humbly pray that I may reflect YOUR HOLY SPIRIT livingbin me through my speech and my actions. I humbly pray this in the Holy Name of JESUS CHRIST Amen 🙏

Our Merciful FATHER!

 Dearest CHRIST followers, we serve a merciful, loving, kind and gracious FATHER.  Our FATHER, in HIS infinite grace, sent HIS only SON to die and to pay the full price for our sins.

For a while, our FATHER was angry with us, but then HE sent JESUS and JESUS paid the full price for our sins.

Today, let us give our FATHER all the glory HE deserves.

Prayer:  ABBA FATHER, I humbly thank YOU for YOUR infinite patience with me.  I thank YOU for loving me and for saving me from my sins.  I humbly thank YOU in the HOLY name of JESUS CHRIST.  Amen.

Salvation through JESUS alone!

 Dearest CHRIST followers, we cannot be saved from eternity in hell by any means other than through professing that JESUS is our LORD and SAVIOUR and our REDEEMER.

This seems to be a very narrow way.  But we are warned by JESUS that the gate is narrow and few will find it.

Today, if you have not made a decision to be a CHRIST follower, please do not delay this most important decision.

Your eternity is guaranteed, but not where you will spend it.  Choose JESUS and choose JESUS.

Prayer:  ABBA FATHER, I humbly thank YOU that YOU gave us a way to get to spend eternity with YOU.  I thank YOU that JESUS is my LORD and my SAVIOUR.  I humbly thank YOU in the HOLY name of JESUS CHRIST.  Amen.

A new creation in CHRIST!

 Dearest CHRIST followers, once we have accepted JESUS as our REDEEMER, we are a new creation.  No longer do we put any confidence in human efforts.  We rely on what JESUS did for us on that Cross to get us into Heaven.

Our earthly based works will never get us into Heaven.  Nothing we can do can add to anything that JESUS has done for us on that Cross.

Therefore, now we need to worship by the SPIRIT of GOD who has taken up residence in us.  We should not rely on our own works for anything other than giving all glory to GOD.

Prayer:  ABBA FATHER, I thank YOU that JESUS paid my penalties in full.  FATHER, I humbly pray that YOU fill me anew with YOUR HOLY SPIRIT and convict me to bring all glory to YOU only.  I humbly pray this in the HOLY name of JESUS CHRIST.  Amen.

The LORD with us!

 Dearest CHRIST followers, as in the days of Moses, the LORD never ever left the people alone.  HE was with them in the cloud during the day and in the fire of the night.

We, today, need to know and understand that our FATHER is always with us.  HE will never leave us nor forsake us.

All we have to do is to remain in JESUS.  And our FATHER is then always with us.

What a comfort and what a blessing when we know that we are not alone on this earth.  No matter where we are or what we are doing!  

Prayer:  ABBA FATHER, I humbly thank YOU that YOU are always with me.  I thank YOU in the HOLY name of JESUS CHRIST.  Amen.

In the beginning!

 Dearest CHRIST followers, GOD created time, space and matter.  GOD is eternal.  GOD has no beginning and no end.  GOD is the ALPHA and the OMEGA.  GOD is the "I AM".

The only reason that the Bible starts with "In the beginning" is because GOD created the earth, the universe and everything that is in it and that is the beginning of all of that.  Not of our FATHER, who remains eternal.

Prayer:  ABBA FATHER, I humbly thank YOU that YOU created the earth, the universe and everything in it.  Thank YOU for the life YOU have given to me to live on this earth.  I humbly thank YOU in the HOLY name of JESUS CHRIST.  Amen.

Temptation

 Dearest CHRIST followers, we need to constantly ask our FATHER to fill us anew with HIS HOLY SPIRIT.

When we walk with the LORD, HE is faithful to us.  When temptation comes along, the very best defense is prayer.

Prayer fervently to our FATHER to fill us with HIS HOLY SPIRIT, who will give us the strength to refrain from temptation.

Prayer; ABBA FATHER, I humbly pray that YOU fill me anew each and every day with YOUR HOLY SPIRIT.  FATHER, protect me from evil and from temptation.  I humbly pray this in the HOLY name of JESUS CHRIST.  Amen.

Love like JESUS

 Dearest CHRIST followers GOD loved us first.  Our FATHER gives us HIS love unconditionally.  Therefore, when we are born again, the HOLY SPIRIT comes to live in us.

As a born again CHRIST follower, we need to love as GOD has loved us.  We need to be compassionate, kind, humble and most of all, loving.

Today let us ask our FATHER to make us more like JESUS each and every day. 

Prayer. ABBA FATHER I humbly pray that YOU make me more like JESUS each and every day. I pray this in the Holy Name of JESUS CHRIST Amen. 🙏

An attitude of gratitude to our FATHER in Heaven

 Dearest CHRIST followers we need to be thankful all the time to our FATHER who gives us HIS new mercies each and every day. 

Imagine, if tomorrow you woke up with only the things that you thanked GOD for today?

Let us show our FATHER our deepest gratitude for all that HE has done for us.
