Serve the LORD with gladness.

Dearest CHRIST followers, our FATHER loves each one of us with a love that is so great we can never understand it or aspire to love the way HE loves us.

We would never send our children to die for sinners.  This act of mercy of grace speaks volumes to love our FATHER has for each one of us.  Whilst we were still sinners, CHRIST died for us to give us eternal life with our FATHER in Heaven.  Therefore, let us come and serve our FATHER with gladness. HE is great indeed!

Prayer:  ABBA FATHER, I humbly thank YOU that YOU have the grace and mercy to save a sinner like me and to enable me to serve YOU with gladness.  I humbly thank YOU in the HOLY Name of JESUS CHRIST.  Amen.

GOD is able to do anthing!

Dearest CHRIST followers we serve the CREATOR of everything.  There is nothing our FATHER cannot do.

We need to ask in order to receive.   And we always need to accept the fact that our FATHER knows what we need and what is best for us.

Sometimes we will not receive what we ask for because it is not the will of our FATHER. 

Prayer ABBA FATHER I thank YOU that I can ask for anything. I humbly pray that YOUR will be done and not mine.

Trust in the LORD!

 Dearest CHRIST followers, our FATHER is completely trustworthy.  Only our FATHER could create a perfect earth, and a perfect universe fit and ready for us to be able to live.

Our FATHER gave us enough oxygen in the atmosphere, the sun for daylight, the moon for night light, the stars, the plants, the animals and everything we have on earth.

Therefore, we need to trust HIM completely for all our needs.  HE knows what we need and when we need it.

Let us put all our faith and trust in HIM alone today and let us not lean on our own understanding in any way.

To live in CHRIST!

 Dearest CHRIST followers, our lives on earth must be centred on CHRIST and CHRIST alone.

We are living in such difficult dark times that our thoughts are often focused far more on the things that are going on and happening in our world than on JESUS.

When we focus our thoughts and set our hearts on JESUS, then the rest of the things seem to dim around us.  We can be at peace knowing that JESUS is in control and we do not have to be.

Prayer:  ABBA FATHER, I humbly thank YOU that when I set my mind on JESUS, I feel at peace.  I humbly thank YOU in the HOLY Name of JESUS CHRIST.  Amen.

GODLINESS has value

 Dearest CHRIST followers, Paul, in his letter to a young Timothy, is giving Timothy advice.

Here Paul shares that although physical training is of some value, GODLINESS has a far greater and longer promise for this life as well as for the life we will share with our FATHER in Heaven.

Today, let us ask our FATHER to help us to become more GODLY.  We need the training for our life, now and for ever.

Children of GOD

 Dearest CHRIST followers we are co heirs of the Kingdom of Heaven with JESUS CHRIST. 

Our FATHER sent HIS only begotten SON to be born of a virhin, live a sinless life, die on the Cross and rise again.

Upon pur profession that JESUS is LORD and SAVIOUR we become brothers of our most High SAVIOUR.

The great commission!

 Dearest CHRIST followers, we are required to spread the good news that JESUS has come into this world, lived a sinless life, was crucified, died and rose again so that we are freed from the guilt of our sins.

And whilst we are about this, our SAVIOUR will never leave us nor forsake us.

We are not alone.

JESUS is with us wherever we go and will be helping us whenever we spread the Gospel.

The earth shook!

 Dearest CHRIST followers when JESUS gave HIS  spirit and died, there was a mighty earthquake.  The Temple curtain tore from top to bottom. Dead people rose and visited live people. 

Truly this must have been a terrifying event.  Especially for the people who had nailed JESUS to that Cross.

We are so privileged to be co heirs with our SAVIOUR JESUS CHRIST.   HE can make the earth quake.  HE can do anything!

Watch and pray!

 Dearest CHRIST followers, we surely need to watch and pray in this ever darkening world.

Every day is day closer to the end of times. 

Let us resolve to stay awake and be alert.  The devil growls around like a hungry lion.  He is looking to take as many as possible with him to hell.

Our work on earth

 Dearest CHRIST followers we are given the grace of GOD through the blood of JESUS when we accept JESUS as our SAVIOUR. 

GOD has put things in our paths that we need to give attention to.

When we get to Heaven we will answer for the things we did on earth as well as for those things we did not do.  Therefore today let us ask our FATHER to graciously show us when HE has asked us to do things on earth.  On our own volition we may miss them.

Prayer:  ABBA FATHER I humbly thank YOU that YOU sent JESUS to save me from sins.  FATHER where I am in a position to do YOUR  work on earth, please help me to see and to recognize those needs. I humbly pray this in the Holy Name of JESUS CHRIST Amen 🙏

All things work together for good of those who love CHRIST!

 

Dearest CHRIST followers, we are call to do the Will of GOD on earth.  This means that we do not do what we will any longer, we now work together for the good of those who love HIM, who have been called according to HIS purpose.

Let us therefore, pray to our FATHER that HE gives us HIS work to do.  Let us pray that not our will, but HIS will be done on earth.  As it is in Heaven.

The greatest Commandment

 Dearest CHRIST followers JESUS came to fulfill the Mosaic Law.  The ten Commandments still stand.

The greatest Commandment is that we love our FATHER above everything and anything.  

Then ww need to love one another as JESUS loves us.

Help me to love my neighbour as JESUS loves me.

Our FATHER s mercies endure forever

Dearest CHRIST followers our FATHER gives us new mercies every day.  HIS mercies are everlasting. 

All we need to do is to thank our FATHER and Bless HIS Holy Name.

Today let us ever HIS gates with praise.

JESUS paid for my sins in full

 Dearest CHRIST followers JESUS paid it all. 

When our dearest SAVIOUR was crucified, all our sins were paid for in full.

All we have to do is to confess with our mouths that JESUS is LORD and believe that HE is our SAVIOUR  - the SON of GOD. 

With that profession of faith, when th HOLY SPIRIT comes upon us, we will feel remorse and repent and accept the fact that we are in desperate need of our SAVIOUR. 

That is the Gospel.

Ask

 Dearest CHRIST followers if we truly believe that JESUS is our LORD and SAVIOUR we can ask GOD for anything in the HIS NAME.  

However, we will only receive if that is rhe Will of our FATHER. 

Our FATHER knows what we need and HE always gives good gifts to HIS children. 

We need to believe and to trust that our FATHER knows what HE will do for us.

Prayer. ABBA FATHER I humbly thank YOU that YOU have sent JESUS to be my SAVIOUR. FATHER whatever YOUR will is for my life, may I receive whatever YOU think is best for me.  I humbly pray this in the Holy Name of JESUS CHRIST Amen 🙏

The Heavens declare the Glory of the LORD

 Dearest CHRIST followers we simply cannot dispute the fact that the Heavens declare the Glory of the LORD. As we look up to the magnificence of our universe, a CREATOR is evident.  And no ordinary CREATOR.   This is our Glorious Righteous Holy FATHER. 

Our FATHER is seen everywhere.  In the seasons, in the birds and in the trees and the flowers. A new born baby, perfectly affirms the masterful CREATOR. 

Today we need to worship our FATHER and give thanks for all that HE has done for us.

Dearest CHRIST followers our SAVIOUR JESUS CHRIST is humble and gentle.  We need to be like JESUS. 

Personally I always struggle with humility and gentleness.  They just seem to be difficult.

However,  our FATHER can work miracles and if we let HIM, HE can hel0 us to be more like JESUS is we will just ask.

Crown of life

Dearest CHRIST followers we are called to be disciples of JESUS.   For this reason we experience trials.  

Our trials are not from GOD , they are because we live in a fallen world.

However, when we have overcome these trials and finally finish our race, we will receive the crown of life.

Worthy of praise

 Dearest CHRIST followers today, as we face this very real evil threat of things in the modern world, let us rather take the time to look at wonder and beauty of our FATHER s creation.

Let us meditate on things that are noble, true, worthy of praise, beautiful and lovely. 

There is such magnificence in a sunrise or a sunset.  There is such beauty in the change of the seasons. We are so blessed to live in a world where the entire creation is simply indescribable.

By grace through faith

 Dearest CHRIST followers we are saved by grace through our faith in JESUS  CHRIST.   

There is no way that we are able to work our way into Heaven. We will all fall short of the Righteousness of our FATHER. 

Therefore nobody can boast that we have somehow managed to achieve eternity in Heaven on our own.

Let us be so thankful that our FATHER made a way for us to get to spend eternity with HIM.

Our MESSIAH

 Dearest CHRIST followers we have our SAVIOUR-JESUS CHRIST. 

To is a child is born. 

Our SAVIOUR eas born, lived a sinless life, eas crucified and died,  Our SAVIOUR rose from the dead.

All of this is GOD s perfect plan for us to have eternity with him. 

All we have to do is to confess that JESUS is LORD of our lives.  

Have you done this?

We may not have tomorrow.

Our good and gracious FATHER

 Dearest CHRIST followers we have a good and gracious FATHER in Heaven. Our FATHER never leaves us nor forsake us.  Our FATHER looked down and saw that Adam was alone.  Our FATHER, in HIS infinite mercy gave Adam a companion.  A helper.

We can always trust our FATHER to supply all our needs.

The new Commandment

 Dearest CHRIST followers we are given a new Commandment by JESUS.   We need to love one another the way JESUS loves us!

JESUS died for us whilst we were still sinners.

Are we willing to die for each other?  That is the very high standard of love that JESUS says we need to have for each other.

Fear not!

 Dearest CHRIST followers our FATHER is always with us.   No matter what or where we find ourselves we are never alone.

The FATHER we serve is greater than anything in the world and JESUS has overcome the world.

Therefore let us come boldly to the throne of grace.

Dearest CHRIST followers one day every knee will biw at the name of JESUS CHRIST. 

Even all those who have rejected our SAVIOUR will confess that JESUS is LORD.  

It is far better to acknowledge JESUS as LORD from Heaven than from hell.

Accept JESUS as the SAVIOUR,  the WAY the TRUTH and the LIFE.

Hope in GOD alone!

 Dearest CHRIST followers, our hope should never be in the things of this world.  Neither should our hope rest in the people of this world.

Our hope in JESUS.  Only JESUS.

So, today, let us praise our FATHER in Heaven from whence cometh our help.  Our FATHER is an ever present help in times of trouble.  And even in the good times, let us only ever hope in our FATHER and HIS grace, HIS strength, HIS mercy, HIS kindness, HIS love and HIS righteousness.

HE who is in us is greater than us!

 Dearest CHRIST followers, we are children of GOD.  We have the HOLY SPIRIT living in us and the HOLY SPIRIT living in us is far greater than he that is in this world.

We need to know that we have the power and the strength within us to overcome this world with all its darkness and all the evil that abounds.

Today let us praise and adore our FATHER who has given us freely of HIS HOLY SPIRIT.  All we need to do is to ask the FATHER daily to fill us with HIS HOLY SPIRIT and we will receive.

 Dearest CHRIST followers our FATHER has sent our REDEEMER to save us from an eternity in hell.

We are co heirs of tge Kingdom of Heaven with JESUS CHRIST. 

Therefore, as ambassadors of CHRIST on earth let us live our lives in such a manner that reflects well on our inheritance.  We are called by name by our FATHER.   Let us give HIM all glory today 🙏

Glory to GOD

 Dearest CHRIST followers we are called to live our lives in such a way that we bring glory to GOD.

We are the Light of this dark world.  We must not conform to the world, but we need to renew our minds through prayer and commune with our FATHER.

Dearest CHRIST followers  our FATHER will complete the good work that HE has begun in us  to completion until the day of CHRIST JESUS.

We need to therefore always be about our FATHER  s business.  We are to serve our FATHER diligently giving all Glory to HIM.

GOD is able to do immeasureably more!

 Dearest CHRIST followers, we serve a FATHER who is able to do immeasurably more than we could ever ask for or hope for.

When we pray to our FATHER, we need to know and to trust that our FATHER is able to do anything, provided that we are asking according to HIS Will.

Our FATHER is the CREATOR of everything on earth, and HE is willing to give HIS children anything, but only according to HIS will.

Therefore, let us pray that our FATHER's Will and not our will be done in every prayer and petition.
