GOD will make HIS dwelling amongst us!

GOD keeps HIS promises.  And through John, GOD spoke about what is to come.  And here John quotes what GOD has promised us. 

GOD on HIS throne.  And HE is amongst us.  And HE will dwell with us and be our GOD.

GOD will wipe away every tear and there will be no more death or mourning or crying or paid.  For all the old order will have passed away.

So today, let us as children of the wonderful living GOD know that one day we will dwell with GOD and we will have no more fear or pain.  No more death or mourning and the old order will have passed away.  Until then, it is our job to tell all people about our loving Saviour Jesus Christ.  The way, the truth and the life.

Prayer:  ABBA FATHER, I love YOU so much and I know that YOU always keep YOUR word and that one day we shall dwell with YOU in YOUR house.

I thank YOU for my Lord and my Saviour Jesus Christ.  Please forgive my sins as I forgive those who sin against me.  I pray this in the Holy Name of Jesus Christ.  Amen.

This world shall soon pass away!

We should be very careful about becoming attached to things of this world.  When we are involved in our day to day living, it is easy to lose sight of the end goal.  

Therefore we should turn our eyes to Jesus and through doing this, the things of this world will become strangely dim.  Jesus is our past.  Jesus is our present and Jesus is our future.

As children of the living GOD, we know that Jesus is in us and we are in Him.  Together, we can have the past, the present and the future.  Without Him our past is faded, our present just that, and our future bleak.

Prayer:  ABBA FATHER, help me to focus my eyes on YOU and Jesus and the Holy Spirit.  With my eyes fixed upon YOU, I know that I have a bright future.  I pray this in the Holy Name of Jesus Christ.  My Lord and my Saviour.  Amen.

The love of GOD and Jesus!

To be so sure of the love and grace we have in our FATHER GOD is the most beautiful and assuring things.

Of the above, I am truly convinced.  We cannot be separated from the love of Jesus Christ our Lord if we will but believe in Him.  We need to have absolute faith that Jesus is the way, Jesus is the life, Jesus is the truth.  Without Him we are removed from the love and grace of GOD.

Today, if you have not made up your mind about your faith in Jesus, I would implore you to do so.  Take a moment to consider the love of GOD.  That our FATHER in Heaven would send His Son to die on a cross and to take all our sins onto that cross, is truly a momentous thought.  Ponder on that and wonder that GOD loves us so much.  Jesus loves us so much that He died a horrible death for us.  All so that we can have a relationship with our CREATOR FATHER and so that we will spend not only time on earth but eternity with them.

Prayer:  Heavenly FATHER I thank YOU for YOUR grace and favour.  I have accepted Jesus as my Lord and my Saviour.  I thank YOU FATHER that I can bask in YOUR love all the days of my life.  I thank YOU in the Holy Name of Jesus Christ.  Amen.

The Lord is my Shepherd!

This is truly one of the most beautiful Psalms.  And as we contemplate life or death, let us never fear.  For our Lord and our Saviour is with us.  He leadeth us beside the still waters and He restores our souls.

Oh what a wonderful thing.  To have GOD with us, and Jesus with us and the Holy Spirit with us.

So let us not view life or death as a fearful thing.  Rather let us rejoice that we know that our FATHER will be with us as we go through this life and as we are passing from this earth to the next.

Prayer:  ABBA FATHER, Oh that I have YOU with me!  What a beautiful thing to know.  I love YOU FATHER and I will not fear life or death with YOU beside me.  

I thank YOU that I know that Jesus is my Lord and my Saviour.  I know that I have can spend eternity with YOU.  I thank YOU in the Holy Name of Jesus Christ.  Amen.

Do not grow weary whilst doing good!

What a profound thought, that we not grow weary whilst doing good, because in due season we shall reap!

How awesome and gracious is our GOD, our FATHER in Heaven.  That HE will reward us if we do not grow weary whilst doing good.

Prayer:  AWESOME FATHER, today I thank YOU that YOU love me and that YOU encourage me to do good and to not grow weary whilst doing it.

I thank YOU for YOUR grace and favour.

Strength in Jesus!

Tonight I want to pray for all children of GOD and for all the people of this world.  I truly hope that all of you know that GOD is in charge.  GOD has a plan and whilst men and women think they know what they are doing on earth, our FATHER in Heaven has us all in the palm of HIS hand.

So today, let us pray for strength and power from GOD through Jesus.  Strength to cope with this worldwide lockdown.  Power to know Jesus is with us and in us.  And may our inner beings experience the peace which transcends all understanding.

Prayer;   ABBA FATHER today give us strength and power through Jesus Christ, our Lord and our Saviour.  Give us YOUR peace FATHER.  I pray this in the Holy Name of Jesus Christ.  Amen.

Jesus - by the grace of GOD!

As children of GOD, we know that we need to accept Jesus as our Lord and our Saviour.  We are then in Christ and Christ is in us.  

We cannot be saved any other way.  No good works, no good deeds, nothing that we do will get us into an eternal life spent with our FATHER in Heaven.  

All people on earth will have eternity after death, but unless we believe in Jesus Christ, that eternity will be spent separated from the love of GOD.  Let us not delay our faith in Jesus.

Today is the day to accept Jesus if you have never done so.

Prayer:  ABBA FATHER, I thank YOU that I know YOU and that Jesus is my Lord and my Saviour.  FATHER forgive my sins as I forgive all those who sin against me.  I pray this in the Holy Name of Jesus Christ.  Amen.

GOD's glory!

It is very easy to become disconsolate by the lockdown which we are experiencing.  The isolation from loved ones, from our Church and from our colleagues may seem to be really awful right now.  However, Paul says that he considers the sufferings that he was facing to be nothing compared with the glory that is to be revealed to us.

And this is so heartening to us all.  We should think about our lives after we leave this earth and know that the glory that will be revealed to us will be so wonderful that all of this will pale into insignificance.

If Paul could feel this way, then we, too, should know that GOD has a glorious plan for us and we should eagerly anticipate that.  

We therefore need to be sure that we have accepted Jesus as our Lord and our Saviour.  We need to know that Jesus is in us and has filled us with the Holy Spirit.  We need to be sure that we have repented and know that GOD has forgiven us.  We need to forgive those who have sinned against us.

Are we ready?  Let us make sure.

Prayer:  ABBA FATHER, I eagerly await the revelation of YOUR glory.  I have accepted Jesus as my Lord and my Saviour.  Forgive my sins as I forgive all those who sin against me.  I pray this in the Holy Name of Jesus Christ.  Amen.

Love!

GOD loves us!  And when we examine the verse above, this is true love.  GOD does not force us to do anything that we do not want to do.  How great is a love that does not force the other person to do anything that they do not want.

When I consider this verse and what love should be, I know that I fall hugely short of this.  And I believe that I am not alone when I say this.  We all profess to love greatly.  But let us examine the above verse in details.

Love is patient.  How often are we short with those we love?
Love is kind.  Often we can be really unkind with those we love.
Love does not envy.  Again, I know that I am guilty of this without even realizing it.
Love does not dishonour.  Really!  I for one and guilty of this.
Love is not self seeking.  I fall greatly short here.
Love is not easily angered.  Too often we just lose it with those we love.
Lov keeps no record of wrongs.  Never been in an argument with those we love and said "you did this or that before!"

So no.  As a human being, I know that I do not know perfect love.  But our awesome FATHER in Heaven does.  And he wants us to test the love we have for HIM and others against these benchmarks.  So let us go away from this blog tonight and try to live up to the enormous love our FATHER in Heaven has for us.  So much so that HE sent HIS only Son to die on a cross for our sins.

Prayer:  ABBA FATHER, I thank YOU for love and please help me to love better.  I pray this in the Holy Name of my Redeemer, Jesus Christ.  Amen.

Children of the living GOD!

As children of the Living GOD, we are called on to display compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience.

But how often do we miss the opportunity to display any of these?
In these trying times of lockdown and living right on top of each other and having no outside influence let us endeavour to clothe ourselves with all of the qualities towards each other.  And let us be patient and kind and humble and gentle and always compassionate.

Prayer:  ABBA FATHER, teach me to be more like Jesus and let me be far more kind.  Let me be more compassionate.  Give me patience and gentleness.  Most of all FATHER make me far more humble.  I pray this in the Holy Name of Jesus Christ.  Amen.

Jesus went up into Heaven!

When we accept Jesus as our Lord and our Saviour, we know that He ascended into Heaven watched on by the disciples.  We also know that the two men who appeared to the disciples were angels of the Lord.  And they said that as Jesus went up into Heaven, so will He come back to the earth to fetch His sheep.  Us!

Today is the celebration of Ascension day.  And although it has been taken out of our calendar as a Holy Day of Remembrance for us as Christians, in South Africa, it is a truly special day.  Today we celebrate not only the resurrection of Jesus, but His ascension back into Heaven from whence He was sent.

So we know that we too can go to Heaven to be with Him.  Let us celebrate our loving Saviour and our gracious FATHER who sent Him to live on earth, to die on earth, to conquer death so that we might have eternal life in Heaven with our FATHER and the Holy Trinity.

Prayer:  Awesome FATHER, I worship YOU tonight.  I thank YOU for YOUR grace and favour.   I thank YOU for Jesus, my Lord and my Saviour.  Amen.

My hope is in the LORD!

My hope is in the LORD.  Without my FATHER in Heaven, I am but nothing on earth.  Without the hope of being in HIS presence, my life is meaningless.

I do not say this lightly.  One thing I have come to realize is that all that I do, I want to do for GOD.  All that I hope for is in GOD.

If we have not the hope of GOD, then what are our lives all about?  That is why GOD did not only give us life us on earth.  HE gave us life ever lasting.  And every person is going to have an everlasting life.  It just depends on where you want to spend the time after you die to this earth.

I know that I only want to spend eternity with GOD my FATHER, with GOD the Son and with GOD the Holy Spirit.  I know that if I continue to hope in my FATHER, my chances are really good that I can have eternity with them.

Therefore today is the day to take Jesus Christ as our living Saviour.  To accept Him and to know that the way to hope is the belief in Christ.  

Prayer:  FATHER, I thank YOU that all my hope is in YOU.  I thank YOU and I proclaim that Jesus is my Lord and my Saviour.  Amen.

The Depth of the knowledge of GOD!

Especially now during the lockdown, and being confined to our home, it is evident to me that we know very little.  

A very small virus has taken down the whole world and literally stopped us all in our tracks.  We were moving about freely and doing exactly as we pleased and we are all at a dead standstill.

How much we need our FATHER in Heaven right now.  How much we need HIS knowledge of how to deal with this.  Apart from being able to heal the virus, GOD can heal the whole earth if we did not have free will and if we were all to pray in unison to HIM.

Imagine if we the whole population of the earth tonight bowed down and begged our FATHER to forgive us and to take the plague away.  It would happen in an instant.  

Prayer:  Heavenly FATHER as YOU have said so many times throughout the Bible, every knee will bow to YOU one day.  If only the people of this world understood YOU.  Then we would surely understand that YOU can do anything.  I trust FATHER that YOU are coming soon and that every knee will bow to YOU.  I pray this in the Holy Name of Jesus Christ.  Amen.

GOD can heal us!

We need to believe, now more than ever, that our GOD can do anything.  If we ask for anything and believe in our hearts we have received it, it can be done.

We tend to put GOD in our lives and we do not venture into GOD's wonderful world.  GOD's world is also our world, but we do not know how to get there.

The only way to get into GOD's world is to believe in Jesus.  We need to put all our trust in Jesus, our Saviour.  

The world is in a dreadful mess with seemingly no end in sight to this virus and the economic meltdown that is taking place.  People are losing their jobs, and people are literally starving to death.  And, to make matters worse, it appears that no one really cares and if they do, there is pretty much nothing that they can do.

But we lose sight of our GOD.  Our awesome FATHER in Heaven, who can do absolutely anything. 

So how do we go to GOD.  We go to GOD in believing that Jesus is our Lord and our Saviour.  We go to GOD in prayer.  We go to GOD by reading HIS word, daily and praying continually.  And GOD is listening to our prayers.  GOD is waiting for us to approach HIM and to ask HIM to help us.  And just like Hezekiah, if we but will believe and put our faith in Jesus, GOD will hear us and HE will attend to us.

Prayer:  ABBA FATHER, tonight I pray to YOU for myself and for all the people of the world who need YOUR help.  FATHER, YOU know exactly what our needs are, and I am asking YOU for YOUR help.  Help us to overcome COVID and help us to be able to feed ourselves and our families.  Help us not to lose our incomes and help us not to succumb to this dreadful disease.  We pray this in the Holy Name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and our Saviour.  Amen.

Call on Jesus and be saved!

To be saved from an eternity separated from GOD our FATHER, all we need to do is to accept Jesus Christ as our Lord and our Saviour.

Once we believe in our hearts that Jesus was a man born of a virgin mother, that He lived on earth, died on the cross, rose again on the third day and has not only conquered death, but has washed our sins as white as snow, we are saved.  This is through the enormous grace of our FATHER in Heaven.

Once we have done this, we are filled with the Holy Spirit and we are no longer condemned to spend eternity away from our FATHER.

We cannot go back to our old sinful ways if we are filled with the Holy Spirit.  It does not mean that we are not going to sin, but it does mean that the Holy Spirit will guide us if we keep in a close relationship with Jesus.

How do we do this?  We need to pray to GOD continually.  We need to read HIS word.  And we need to keep fellowship with other Christians.  We need to continually seek to be filled with the Holy Spirit.

Prayer:  Heavenly FATHER, I thank YOU that I am under YOUR grace.  Keep me filled with YOUR Holy Spirit.  I pray this in the Holy Name of Jesus Christ.  Amen.

Let the Word of Christ dwell in us richly!

We are asked in this verse to let the word of Christ dwell in us richly.  And we are to come before our FATHER in Heaven with thankful hearts.

Today is Saturday and it is nearly eight weeks into a lockdown of which there appears to be no end.  However, as children of the Living GOD, we know that our FATHER in Heaven is greater than Covid 19.  We know that our FATHER in Heaven is with each one of us all the time.  HE will never leave us and HE will never forsake us.

So let us go down on bended knees and thank GOD for HIS divine presence and let us with thankful hearts, praise HIS Holy Name.

Prayer:  ABBA FATHER, I thank YOU that YOU have been with me all my life.  I thank YOU that although I have sometimes lost YOU, YOU have never lost me.  I praise YOU FATHER for YOUR grace and Faviour.  I praise YOUR Holy Name.   I pray this in the Holy Name of Jesus Christ.  My Lord and my Saviour.  Amen.

The GOOD news!

In writing this blog each day, I am trying in a small way to tell you that GOD loves each and every one of us.  HE does not love me more, or you more.  In the eyes of GOD, we are HIS creation and HE wants us to know HIM and to have a relationship with HIM.

What is the good news spoken of?  Well it is the fact that Jesus came to earth, born of a virgin mother, He lived on earth and was completely sinless.  He was crucified on a cross and HE took all our sins onto that cross so that in effect, He was punished for us.  

He rose from the dead on the third day and He ascended into Heaven, having conquered death to give us a chance to spend eternity with our FATHER in Heaven.

You and I can both have this grace.  All we have to do is to accept the above truth and confess with our mouths that we believe this.  We need to accept the grace of GOD by asking GOD to fill us with HIS Holy Spirit and we need to ask GOD to forgive us for our sins, as we forgive all those who sin against us.

We are saved from eternity separated from GOD.  

Prayer:  Heavenly FATHER, I accept YOUR grace.  I know that Jesus died for me and I humbly ask that YOU forgive my sins as I forgive all those who sin against me.  I pray this in the Holy Name of Jesus Christ.  Amen.

The Word of GOD forever!

I believe in the Bible as the inerrant Word of GOD.  It is infallible and it is forever.  Nothing will ever change the Word of our FATHER in Heaven.

Through HIS word, the world was made.  GOD spoke the entire universe into being.  GOD blew air into Adam's nostrils and gave him life.  GOD gives each one of life, long or short. 

We are called on to number our days on earth so that we spend each day wisely as it is a gift from GOD. 

Therefore now is the time to go to the Word of GOD and to read what our FATHER is trying to say to us through it.

Be ready for we know not what tomorrow will bring.

Who would have said this time last year that we would be in a lockdown situation worldwide?  Who would have said that planes would not be flying, hotels would not be open, restaurants would be closed and people would be getting really sick from a new disease.  No we cannot predict the future and neither should we try.

But what we can truly rely on is the Word of our FATHER in Heaven.  

Prayer:   HEAVENLY FATHER, I thank YOU that I have YOUR Word to read and to study during this time.  I thank YOU that I can always trust in YOU.  I pray this in the Holy Name of Jesus Christ.  Amen.

Receive the power of the Holy Spirit!

Tonight, I would pray that each person reading this will know the power of the Holy Spirit working in their lives.

In the verse above, we are promised that we shall receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon us.  How do we get the Holy Spirit?

We are filled with the Holy Spirit when we confess with our mouths that Jesus is Lord.  When we believe in our hearts that Jesus came to this earth, born of a Virgin mother, lived on earth, died on the cross, although completely sinless, to take the punishment for our sins in place of us, and then rose again on the third day.  We need to tell GOD that we know that we are sinners and accept the Almighty Grace of GOD.  By that, we are filled with the Holy Spirit.

When the Holy Spirit comes upon us, it gives us the power to know right from wrong.  It gives us the conviction to point out our sins to us so that we can ask GOD to forgive those sins.  It gives us love, the love of Jesus and the love of our FATHER in Heaven and the love of the Holy Spirit.  Through this love, we will feel empowered to produce fruits.  Patience, humility, self sacrifice and most of all love and compassion for all the peoples of this earth.

So today, let us pray to be filled anew with the Holy Spirit by confessing our belief in Jesus Christ.  Our Lord and our Saviour.

Prayer:  ABBA FATHER, I confess that Jesus is my Lord and my Redeemer.  I accept YOUR grace and I humbly ask that YOU forgive my sins as I forgive all those who sin against me.  I ask that YOU fill me anew with YOUR Holy Spirit.  I pray this in the Holy Name of Jesus Christ.  Amen.

Jesus is our wonderful Counselor!

Can you imagine that Jesus was spoken about by the prophet Isaiah long before He came to this earth.  About 700 years in fact.  And if anyone ever says that the Bible is not the absolute GOD breathed word of GOD, we, as Christians know that it is.

Jesus is our WONDERFUL COUNSELOR, MIGHTY GOD, EVERLASTING FATHER AND PRINCE OF PEACE.   And I say AMEN to that.  Without Jesus, my life would be the most empty shell.  But with Jesus I am me.

Today let us bow down to our FATHER in Heaven and thank HIM for HIS grace in sending Jesus Christ to save us from an eternity of separation with our FATHER.

Prayer:  Dearest Jesus, I love YOU.  ABBA FATHER, I thank YOU for my Lord and my Saviour, Jesus Christ.  Amen.

GOD's promises are always kept!

When GOD created the earth, HE made Adam and Eve.  Very shortly after this Adam and Eve sinned against the command of GOD not to eat fruit from the tree of life.  So GOD needed a way for man to get back to HIM.

Through the Bible we read about a child who would be born to a virgin and this child would save us from our sin.  The child is called Immanuel, which means "GOD with us."

Therefore this child, coming to earth as a normal child born of a woman, would be GOD with us.  This child would grow into a man and this man would be sinless and without blame.  This was necessary to fulfill the prophesy of GOD.

And GOD has fulfilled HIS promise.  Jesus, HIS Son, came to earth and lived on earth.  He died on the cross with our sins all on HIM.  He conquered death and therefore through HIM we can conquer death.  We will die on earth, but we have the marvellous opportunity to accept this grace of GOD and to spend eternity with HIM in Heaven.

Prayer;  Heavenly FATHER thank YOU for YOUR grace.  Thank YOU for always keeping YOUR promises.  I know that YOUR Son is coming back soon.  FATHER I believe in Jesus as my Lord and my Saviour.  Forgive my sins as I forgive all those who sin against me.  I pray this in the Holy Name of Jesus Christ.  Amen.

Jesus is coming back in the clouds!

In the times we are living in, it is not too hard to imagine that Jesus will come soon to fetch those who have called Him Saviour.  

We are in very strange times.  A few mere weeks ago, the world was in full activity.  People were flying about.  People were cruising about.  People were coming and people were going.  Everywhere and nowhere.  On business, on holiday, visiting family, shopping , meeting going to work, coming back from work.

And in a heartbeat, the whole world stood still.  Flights were grounded, cruises stopped, hotels closed, businesses closed, jobs lost, meetings cancelled, weddings cancelled, Christian Holy days celebrated alone or with a single other person.

Who could possibly have imagined this?  

In the same way, Jesus will appear in the clouds and every single eye will see Him.  People who believe in Jesus will be caught up and will meet with Jesus in the clouds and in the blink of an eye they will be gone.  Are we going with?

Well the easy way is to accept Jesus as our Lord and our Saviour.  We need to confess with our mouths and believe in our hearts that Jesus is the Son of GOD. GOD in HIS mercy and grace sent HIS Son to live on earth, as a living sacrifice for our sinful lives. 

We need to believe that Jesus came to earth, was born of a Virgin, lived on earth in a human body.  He never sinned and was martyred on a cross to take our sins to His grave.  He lay in the grave, dead and buried for three days.  He rose on the third day.  He was seen by many many people in His human body.  He showed people the holes where the nails were. 

Then He ascended into Heaven, having conquered death in order to give us eternal life with GOD our FATHER in Heaven.

Today accept and believe this truth.  Jesus is the ONLY way to Heaven.  There is no other way.  We cannot do good deeds.  We cannot be good people.  No we need to know that we are sinners and that GOD will forgive us if we will but ask HIM and we need to believe in our hearts that Jesus is Lord.  This is the Grace of GOD.

Prayer:  ABBA FATHER, I confess that Jesus is my Redeemer.  Forgive my sins as I forgive those who sin against me.  Fill me with YOUR Holy Spirit and convict my heart today to know that Jesus is the only way to YOU.  I pray this in the Holy Name of Jesus Christ.  Amen.

We will serve the LORD!

The LORD wants a living relationship with HIM.  Sin separates us from our FATHER.  Therefore as a collective in a household, we need to have a deep and meaningful relationship with our FATHER.

There are a few good habits that we can get into to serve GOD.  When we wake up each day, let us devote time to reading the Bible together as a family.  Even if we read different parts of the Bible from each other.  Then let us discuss what we have read.  And then let us pray together and talk to our FATHER in the family unit.

When we serve a meal, let us pray to GOD and thank HIM and ask HIM to bless the food and the hands that have prepared it.  And lastly before we go to sleep let us thank GOD for the day and ask HIM to protect us during our sleep.

These sound like simple things but they increase our relationship and intimacy with our FATHER.  And they foster further prayer.  When we adopt these small habits, we find ourselves talking to GOD during the day.  Taking our decisions to HIM and not doing anything without praying.  

This is the living relationship with our FATHER and it will deepen the love we have for HIM.

Prayer:  Heavenly FATHER show me how to live the way YOU want me to.  Help me to read YOUR word daily and to spend time with YOU during my day.  I pray this in the Holy Name of Jesus Christ.  Amen.

When people die, our faith in Jesus is our all!

Some days are truly hard for us mere mortals on earth.  We hear about people dying and it makes us really sad.  Sad for the people left behind.  This is especially true when the person who has passed away is young.  And it is even harder when the person is just a little child.

However, as Christians, we need to turn to Jesus and look at what Jesus said about dying.  Especially in regard to little children.  Jesus will give them eternal life and no one will snatch them out of His Hand.

Today let us hold onto this thought and know that the ones we love, who have passed away, all too soon, are now in the arms of our loving Saviour.

Be still and know that I am GOD!

Thinking about lockdown and wondering what it is all about?  Perhaps it is as simple as being still and knowing that GOD is GOD.  

Perhaps it is just that simple.  Maybe GOD is testing us all to see whether we will find HIM in this time of stillness.

Each morning since lockdown, I have noticed that the world is a lot quieter.  There is no hustle and bustle of traffic.  No gates and garages opening and closing and people leaving for work whilst others are arriving for work.  It is so quiet that I have noticed the bird population seems to have increased.  I have noticed that the stars appear brighter because there is less pollution.

So it seems good that we should just be absolutely still and know that GOD is GOD.  GOD is in charge.  Not our Government, not COVID, not the sick or anyone else.  Just GOD.

Prayer:  Heavenly FATHER show me YOUR plan and remind me to be still and to contemplate YOUR graciousness, YOUR greatness and YOUR magnificent world.  I pray this in the Holy Name of Jesus Christ.  Amen.

Blessed is the one who perseveres under trial!

I am sure that I am not alone in thinking that perhaps this lockdown is GOD telling us to stop and consider our lives.  

During times such as these, it is easy to become disgruntled with not having a normal life where we get up and move, move, move!

However, perhaps we need to think about where we are right now in our journeys with GOD.  Are we moving forward?  Or are we worrying about coming out of lockdown and what we are going to do afterwards.

I would like to challenge you to sit down and read the Bible and pray earnestly to GOD now.  Ask GOD what HE wants for our lives.  Ask GOD to give us direction and show HIS perfect plan for our lives to us even in the smallest revelations.

We may be very surprised about where GOD takes us now!

Prayer;  ABBA FATHER, I come to YOUR throne and humbly request that YOU show me YOUR plans for my life.  Give me clarity of thought as to what YOU would have me do during this lockdown and afterwards.  I pray this in the Holy Name of Jesus Christ.  Amen.

Nothing is too hard for GOD!

Considering the fact that GOD made the entire universe in six days, there is nothing that our GOD cannot accomplish.  When days seem hard and everywhere we turn there is an obstacle, we need to take a step back and consider whether or not this is the path that GOD wants us on.

Perhaps what we need to do is sit down and wait for GOD to show us the way that HE has in mind for us, rather than try to push ahead on our own.

GOD is teaching us all the time.  HE is teaching us patience.  HE is teaching us that we need to consider HIM in all aspects of our lives before we proceed down a particular path.  And most of all we need to consider that perhaps it is not HIS way at all and that we need to change direction completely.

Prayer:  ABBA FATHER, guide me to do YOUR will.  Guide me to do things YOUR way and not mine.  I humbly ask this in the Holy Name of Jesus Christ, my Lord and my Saviour.  Amen.

Jesus died to take our sins onto the Cross and to wash them white as snow!

The disciples who knew Jesus and who walked with Him were all prepared to die for Him. 

Why is this?  Because they knew that Jesus was the Son of a GOD who loves us enough to send His Son, without sin, to die on a cross to take our sins onto that cross and to wash them as white as snow with His own blood. 

Through this enormous sacrifice and demonstration of the great love Jesus has for you and for me, the disciples were all prepared to die for their belief in Jesus as the Son of GOD.

So how can we repay this enormous love.  We can believe in Jesus Christ as our Lord and our Saviour.  We can tell GOD that we believe in HIS grace and HIS Son as our Lord and our Redeemer.  We can ask GOD to give us new hearts to replace our old hearts of stone.  We can become the people that Jesus would like us to be. 

Today is the day that we need to make the right choice about where we want to go when we die.  Eternal life is guaranteed.  But do you want to end up in Heaven with GOD or Hell with Satan.  The choice is ours to make and we all have free will.

I know that I am choosing Jesus, GOD and the Holy Spirit.

Prayer:  Awesome FATHER, I thank YOU for YOUR Son, Jesus Christ.  I thank YOU that Jesus died to save me from my sins.  I accept YOUR grace Oh FATHER.  I accept Jesus as my Lord and my Saviour today.  I know that Jesus conquered death so that I can spend eternity with YOU.  FATHER forgive my sins as I forgive those who sin against me.  I pray this in the Holy Name of Jesus Christ.  Amen.

Jesus will come to fetch His sheep!

Make no mistake, Jesus keeps all His promises to us.  And Jesus is GOD, the Holy Trinity, GOD the FATHER, GOD the Son and GOD the Holy Spirit.

So let us look for the signs that clearly point us towards the time of the Rapture.  It could occur tonight or tomorrow or next week.  But know this, it will happen.  So we have to be ready.  We have to be fully prepared to meet with our Saviour in the clouds.

Today let us make peace on earth.  Let us ask GOD to forgive our sins as we forgive all those who sin against us.  Let us confess that Jesus is Lord and Saviour of all.  Let us tell GOD that we know that Jesus came to save us and that we believe that through the death and resurrection of Jesus we can have eternal life, if we will but believe in this truth and accept the Grace of GOD.

Prayer:  Heavenly FATHER, today I know that YOU will send Jesus back to this earth.  We know not the hour or the day.  But in preparation for this, we confess our sins to YOU and ask that YOU forgive us.  We believe in Jesus, our Saviour and we forgive all those who have sinned against us.  We pray this knowing that Jesus is our Redeemer.  Amen.

Jesus is coming back!

Never put off until tomorrow what you can do today!  This is especially true if our intentions are to be a part of the Rapture.  

No one on earth knows when this event will take place.  But just as COVID stopped the whole world in its tracks, so will the Rapture.  One person will be taken up and the person next to them may be left behind.  

Surely we all want our loved ones, our family, our friends, those near and dear to us to come with us.  Therefore it is up to each one of us to ensure that people know what is coming.

Every single promise GOD has made to us in the Bible is being fulfilled.  So too will the return of Jesus in the clouds and it is up to each one of us to make sure that people know this.

So today, if you are not sure if your loved ones know this Truth, then it is up to us to tell them.  It is up to us to give everyone on earth the chance of Redemption.

Prayer:  Heavenly FATHER, show me how to help others ready themselves if the Rapture occurs tomorrow.  Show me how to tell them YOUR Truth.  Tell me how to tell them of YOUR Grace.  I pray this in the Holy Name of Jesus Christ.  Amen.
