Not ashamed of the Gospel

 Dearest CHRIST followers we are called to spread the Gospel.  The Gospel is the power of GOD for the salvation of everyone who believes!  

Prayer ABBA FATHER I humbly thank YOU for the Gospel which I am able to share and in so doing give others the opportunity to hear that salvation is open to all who will believe in JESUS as their REDEEMER.

Right size GOD

 Dearest CHRIST followers we serve a CREATOR FATHER who is above everything, in everything,  over everything  because HE created all.

Therefore we need to fully comprehend the magnitude of our FATHER.   Although our FATHER loves us, is gracious to us, is merciful to us, HE is to be hugely revered. 

Unless we understand thus, we will not give our FATHER  the Holy Reverence HE deserves 

This is why Solomon wrote that the beginning of fear of GOD is the beginning of knowledge.

Prayer. ABBA FATHER I humbly thank YOU that YOU are a good and gracious and Holy FATHER.   FATHER help me to truly fear YOU in a reverend manner. I humbly pray this in the Holy Name of JESUS CHRIST Amen 🙏

Faith in JESUS overcomes fear!

 Dearest CHRIST followers we serve a GOD who ID not only greater than anything on earth or in Heaven, but HE created all of it.

If GOD is for us, then who can be against us?

Blessed are the pure in heart

 Dearest CHRIST followers when we accept JESUS as our REDEEMER we stand justified before GOD.

This is the only way to get into Heaven. 

JESUS is the WAY  the TRUTH and the LIFE.

A house divided cannot stand

 Dearest CHRIST followers we serve a FATHER who loves each one of us equally. GOD has no favoritism.

When we are all in CHRIST we need to work together with each other to give GOD the glory HE deserves.

Today let us resolve to put dude any differences with those around us and to unify to show the Glory of GOD in our lived.

Prayer  ABBA FATHER I thank YOU that YOU are gracious and loving and kind and merciful. FATHER I humbly pray that YOU guide me to unify my relationship with the people in my household  so that our house does not divide. I humbly pray this in the Holy Name of JESUS CHRIST Amen 🙏

Know the will of our FATHER

 Dearest CHRIST followers we are so privileged to be able to be children of our FATHER in Heaven, co heirs with JESUS. 

However being children of GOD comes with the responsibility to know our FATHER intimately and thereby to know HIS will.

Prayer. ABBA FATHER I thank YOU that I am a child of YOURS.  I humbly pray that day by day I learn to know YOU better. I humbly pray this in the Holy Name of JESUS CHRIST Amen 🙏

Watch for we do not know the hour!

 Dearest CHRIST followers, we do not know the hour the LORD is coming to fetch us home. Therefore, we need to watch and be ready to go at ay time.  Our time on earth is limited and GOD has given us the gift of time on earth.  Let us use it wisely and be about our FATHER's business when HE calls us home.

Prayer ABBA FATHER I thank YOU that YOU have given me my life and time on earth. FATHER when YOU call me home may YOU find me doing YOUR business. I humbly pray this in the Holy Name of JESUS CHRIST Amen 🙏

Grow our faith!

 

Dearest CHRIST followers we need to be very diligent about our salvation

The only choice when we die is Heaven or hell.  Jesus spoke far more about hell than HE ever did about Heaven.

These parables in Matthew 13 talk about taking the Word of GOD and growing it. 

Our faith needs daily watering.   We do this through felloshiping with like minded believers, reading the Word and prayer.

Prayer:  ABBA FATHER I humbly pray that I grow in my faith daily. FATHER help me to never harden my heart, but always to grow in faith daily. I humbly pray this in the Holy Name of JESUS CHRIST Amen 🙏

Keep GOD s commandments

 Dearest CHRIST followers JESUS came to fulfill the commandments, not to abolish them.  JESUS added a new commandment but first stated the greatest commandment,  "you shall love the LORD your GOD with all your heart, with all your soul."  

Then HE added "and you shall love your neighbor as yourself".

Let us be careful to keep these commandments.

Prayer:  ABBA FATHER I humbly thank YOU that YOU sent JESUS to remind us to keep these commandments.  FATHER I pray that the HOLY SPIRIT convicts me every tome I break one so that I may ask for forgiveness.   I pray this is the HOLY Name of JESUS CHRIST Amen 🙏

Rejoice in the LORD always

Dearest Christ followers, our FATHER deserves our undying gratitude for HIS amazing grace.

We are so blessed to worship the CREATOR of the heavens and the earth. Today let us resolve to rejoice in our FATHER always.

 Dearest CHRIST followers we are children of the CREATOR of the universe.  Our FATHER loves us and sent HIS SON to redeem our sins on a Cross.

If GOD could do all that for us whilst we were still sinners, then we shoukd do as Paul writes above.

Prayer ABBA FATHER I humbly thank YOU for YOUR grace and favour.   FATHER show me how to be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer.   I pray this in the Holy Name of JESUS CHRIST Amen 🙏

 Dearest CHRIST followers we are so privileged to have a wonderful FATHER in Heaven.

Our FATHER is good and HIS love endures forever.

 Dearest CHRIST followers there is nothing about us that our FATHER does not know.  Before we were born, HE knew us.  HE knows our every thought.

We are never alone and we are not forsaken.

 Dearest CHRIST followers we need to know that our FATHER is completely trustworthy. HE will never leave us nor forsake us.

When we place our complete trust in the ways and the will of our FATHER,  HE will direct our paths.

GOD will strengthen us!

 Dearest CHRIST followers we need to know that our FATHER loves us and as long as we are in a living relationship with HIM,  HE will keep us and strengthen us.

The only way to be in a living relationship with pur FATHER is through our faith in JESUS CHRIST.   JESUS is THE WAY, THE TRUTH and THE  LIFE.

Our CREAtOR FATHER

 Dearest CHRIST followers we serve the CREATOR  of everything on earth and in Heaven.

There simply is nothing that could ever be greater than our FATHER.

Pursue Righteousness!

 Dearest CHRIST followers we need to be ambassadors or CHRIST on earth.  Therefore we need to pursue Righteousness.

Our behavior towards others needs to be gentle, loving and kind. 

Our faith must shine like a light in this ever darkening world.

Prayer. ABBA FATHER I humbly pray that I may grow to be a good ambassador for YOU  on earth. Help me to be Righteous, faithful,  kind and gentle. I humbly pray this in the Holy Name of JESUS CHRIST Amen 🙏

Obedience to GOD!

 Dearest CHRIST followers Our FATHER in Heaven has given us a day of rest. This is a Holy day and it is dedicated to GOD. 

However our FATHER also knows that we need rest. We also need time to spend with our FATHER.  

Personally I believe that we shoukd give at least a tenth of day to the LORD.

In other words we do not just tithe with money but with our time.  After all our FATHER has given us our time as a free gift   

Do we spend the Sabbath day worshiping GOD?  Do we give a tenth of time back to the LORD?

Prayer. ABBA FATHER I humbly thank YOU for the time YOU have given me on earth. FATHER I pray that I may serve YOU with my time by spending as much time in my day worshiping YOU as I can.

Forgiveness

 Dearest CHRIST followers we need to forgive just as we are forgiven.

If we cannot forgive, we cannot expect forgiveness.

Prayer ABBA FATHER I thank YOU that YOU forgive my sins. FATHER, I humbly pray that HOLY SPIRIT  convicts me  where I have sinned so that I might ask YOU to forgive me. I humbly pray this in the Holy Name of JESUS CHRIST Amen 🙏

Stand firm in our faith!

 Dearest CHRIST followers we need to stand firm inour faith. We cannot be tossed about and waiver.

Our faith should grow daily as we read the Scriptures and pray and learn to know the nature and character of our HEAVENLY FATHER  

Today, if our faith is not growing let us resolve to spend much more time with our FATHER. 

Prayer. ABBA FATHER I thank YOU that YOU loved me so much that YOU sent JESUS to redeem me from my sins. FATHER I humbly pray that YOU help me to grow in my faith daily.  I humbly pray this in the Holy Name of JESUS CHRIST Amen 🙏

Glory to GOD!

 

Dearest CHRIST followers we are called to show the Glory of GOD on earth.

As children of GOD, we need to be ambassadors and good examples of how all people on earth should conduct their lives.

Prayer. ABBA FATHER I humbly thank YOU for YOUR grace and favour. Help me to shine YOUR light on earth in such a way that it brings glory to YOU, ABBA FATHER.

Redemption cannot be bought

 [01/07, 21:42] Bev Smith: Dearest CHRIST followers Redemption is a free gift from GOD. The only way we can have Redemption is by professing that JESUS CHRIST is LORD and that HE is the Son of GOD.

We simply cannot buy our Redemption, contrary to what is often believed.

Born again?

 Dearest Christ followers we are children of GOD when we profess JESUS CHRIST as our SAVIOUR.   We become "born again" at that point.  No longer are we children of the will of our FATHER but now we are under the Will of GOD.

No one, who has not been born again, can enter into the Kingdom of GOD.

We must believe in JESUS as our REDEEMER.

Great forgiveness!

 Dearest CHRIST followers in Luke we read about a woman of ill repute who washed the feet of JESUS with an expensive jar of oil and dried HIS feet with her hair.  All the while she was performing this very loving act, she wept.

JESUS forgave her sins, which were many, because she loved greatly.

We too, can be forgiven when we truly accept and profess JESUS as our LORD and SAVIOUR and when we love HIM above all else as this woman did.

Our SAVIOUR shed HIS precious blood to pay for our sins.  HE quenched the wrath of GOD which would be poured put on us if we did not come to CHRIST in humble adoration.  Today profess JESUS as LORD and SAVIOUR and love HIM greatly.  We are forgiven indeed, no matter how much we have sinned.

Prayer.  ABBA FATHER I humbly thank YOU for YOUR great sacrifice for the forgiveness of my sins. I adore YOU ABBA FATHER.   I humbly pray this in the Holy Name of JESUS CHRIST Amen 🙏

The gift of the HOLY SPIRIT

 Dearest CHRIST followers in the verse above Peter calls on the people to repent and to be baptized in the name of JESUS CHRIST.  HE follows it up by saying that if they do thus for the remission of their sins they will receive the gift of the HOLY SPIRIT. 

Baptism is not a salvation issue. However believing in JESUS CHRIST and repenting are.

Baptism is an obedience to GOD. The gift of the indwelling of the HOLY SPIRIT is the free gift that JESUS gives to all who believe in HIM and have professed HIM as their LORD and SAVIOUR. 

Prayer. ABBA FATHER  I thank YOU for your grace on sending JESUS to redeem me from my sins.  FATHER today I humbly ask that YOU fill me anew with HOLY SPIRIT. I ask this is in the HOLY Name of JESUS CHRIST Amen 🙏

A servant of JESUS

 Dearest CHRIST followers it is a privilege to be a servant of JESUS CHRIST.

JESUS humbled HIMSELF to the point of laying down HIS life for me on a Cross.

It therefore follows that we should be willing to serve JESUS as lowly servants for the immense price HE paid to redeem my sins.

Prayer. ABBA FATHER I humbly thank YOU that YOU sent YOUR SON to save me.  FATHER I thank YOU in the Holy Name of JESUS CHRIST Amen 🙏

Be not conformed to this world!

 Dearest CHRIST followers we are sojourners on earth.  We simply cannot be conformed to the things of this world.  

We need to constantly renew our minds by washing ourselves with the word of GOD daily.

We need to be with like-minded people who share in our faith. 

Today let us resolve to put off our old selves and be fully renewed in the HOLY SPIRIT. 

Prayer:  ABBA FATHER I humbly thank YOU for YOUR grace and favour. Today ABBA FATHER help me to renew my mind and to be filled afresh with YOUR HOLY SPIRIT. I humbly pray this in the Holy Name of JESUS CHRIST Amen 🙏

JESUS foretold in the Bible

 Dearest CHRIST followers, Isaiah, the prophet who lived 750 before JESUS foretold of the coming of our MESSIAH. 

The Bible is the spirit filled, inerrant Word of GOD.  It is trustworthy and credible. JESUS fulfilled all the prophesy of HIS birth, life,death and resurrection.   

We can always depend on our FATHER
