The gift of the HOLY SPIRIT

 Dearest CHRIST followers in the verse above Peter calls on the people to repent and to be baptized in the name of JESUS CHRIST.  HE follows it up by saying that if they do thus for the remission of their sins they will receive the gift of the HOLY SPIRIT. 

Baptism is not a salvation issue. However believing in JESUS CHRIST and repenting are.

Baptism is an obedience to GOD. The gift of the indwelling of the HOLY SPIRIT is the free gift that JESUS gives to all who believe in HIM and have professed HIM as their LORD and SAVIOUR. 

Prayer. ABBA FATHER  I thank YOU for your grace on sending JESUS to redeem me from my sins.  FATHER today I humbly ask that YOU fill me anew with HOLY SPIRIT. I ask this is in the HOLY Name of JESUS CHRIST Amen 🙏 

Stay faithfully JESUS blessed today 🙏

A servant of JESUS

 Dearest CHRIST followers it is a privilege to be a servant of JESUS CHRIST.

JESUS humbled HIMSELF to the point of laying down HIS life for me on a Cross.

It therefore follows that we should be willing to serve JESUS as lowly servants for the immense price HE paid to redeem my sins.

Prayer. ABBA FATHER I humbly thank YOU that YOU sent YOUR SON to save me.  FATHER I thank YOU in the Holy Name of JESUS CHRIST Amen 🙏 

Stay thankfully JESUS Blessed today 🙏

Be not conformed to this world!

 Dearest CHRIST followers we are sojourners on earth.  We simply cannot be conformed to the things of this world.  

We need to constantly renew our minds by washing ourselves with the word of GOD daily.

We need to be with like-minded people who share in our faith. 

Today let us resolve to put off our old selves and be fully renewed in the HOLY SPIRIT. 

Prayer:  ABBA FATHER I humbly thank YOU for YOUR grace and favour. Today ABBA FATHER help me to renew my mind and to be filled afresh with YOUR HOLY SPIRIT. I humbly pray this in the Holy Name of JESUS CHRIST Amen 🙏

JESUS foretold in the Bible

 Dearest CHRIST followers, Isaiah, the prophet who lived 750 before JESUS foretold of the coming of our MESSIAH. 

The Bible is the spirit filled, inerrant Word of GOD.  It is trustworthy and credible. JESUS fulfilled all the prophesy of HIS birth, life,death and resurrection.   

We can always depend on our FATHER  

Prayer ABBA FATHER I humbly thank YOU that I can fully depend on YOU in everything. YOU never leave me, nor forsake me.  I humbly thank YOU in the Holy Name of JESUS CHRIST Amen 🙏
