Dearest CHRIST followers, once we have accepted JESUS as our LORD and SAVIOUR, the HOLY SPIRIT takes up residence in us.
No longer can we be demonically possessed, because we belong to GOD. However, due to our sinful natures, we can be tempted to sin.
We need to take every thought captive, because all sins starts as a thought.
Then we need to pray to our FATHER, who will strengthen our resolve to refuse to be led into temptation.
When JESUS taught the people how to pray, one of the key lines HE taught is the following:
"Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil".
Today, if you are tempted, pray and ask the LORD to deliver you.
Prayer: ABBA FATHER, I humbly thank YOU that JESUS is my REDEEMER. FATHER, I humbly pray that I am not led into temptation but that YOU deliver me from evil. I pray this in the HOLY Name of JESUS CHRIST. Amen.
