When we start to understand how GREAT, how AWESOME, how WONDERFUL is our God, then we are starting to gain wisdom.
The Bible tells us many many times how to be wise. The wise man builds his house upon the rock, the foolish man builds his house upon the sand.
In the book of James he writes: If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you. James 1:5.
Therefore, let us ask God to show us today, how truly GREAT HE IS! Let us place all our trust in HIM.
Prayer: Heavenly Father, You who created all the heavens and the earth, I thank You for creating me. I thank You for loving me. Today Father, I ask that You show me Your glory. That I may understand the magnitude of You truly are. Open my eyes to You; O father! I ask this in the name of my Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. Amen.
