My sheep know My voice!

Jesus loves us!  He wants to save each one of us.  In order to do that, we have to know Him.  We have to have a relationship with Him.  

That is why in John Chapter 10: Jesus says, "My sheep hear my voice, and I know them and they follow me!"  What a privilege to know Jesus.  To be a disciple of Jesus and to be a child of GOD with Jesus.

Let us foster and nurture our relationship with Jesus.  The best way we can do this is to emulate Him.  Be loving and giving and kind and patient and love the LORD GOD with all our hearts and with all minds and with all our strength.

Let us pray each and every day to be like Jesus so that He knows us and we know Him.

Prayer: Heavenly FATHER I thank YOU that I have Jesus in my life.  I thank YOU for sending Him to earth to live here and die for me so that I can look forward to eternal life with YOU and with my Saviour, Jesus Christ.  Fill me with the Holy Spirit so that I can be like Jesus.  Loving and kind.  Generous and patient.  Forgiving and living like He did here on earth.

I pray all this in the Holy Name of my Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.  Amen.
