Love the law of GOD!

Let us not sit with sinners or mockers.  Let us meditate on the law of GOD day and night.  So says the Psalmist.  

As children of the LIVING GOD, we are called on to evangelise and make disciples who follow Jesus.  However we should never mingle with those who mock GOD and HIS law.  Rather we should meditate on the law of GOD day and night.

So what are the laws of GOD.?  GOD wants an eternal relationship with each one of us and because of that HE sent HIS only Son to live on earth and to die on the cross so that we can all be saved and have an eternity with GOD in Heaven.

What did Jesus represent on earth?  Jesus was the persona of our GOD in Heaven.  A loving, giving, gracious GOD who wants the very best for each one of us.  A GOD who numbers the hairs on our heads.  A GOD who knows everything about each one of us, even before we were born!  Therefore let us strive to be like Jesus let us think about how best we can serve GOD.   Let us read HIS word today and pray to HIM today and love and forgive just like Jesus. 

Prayer:  Heavenly Gracious FATHER, I thank YOU for YOUR grace and mercy.  Today FATHER I humbly ask that I shine YOUR light on this earth.  Let me delight in YOUR laws FATHER.  The law of love and forgiveness and grace and kindness and humility.  I humbly pray this in the Holy Name of my Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.  Amen.
