Believe!

Without faith we are not children of the Living GOD.  We need to have faith that our GOD loves us and that our GOD sent HIS Son to die for our sins.  We need to pray in faith.

However, even with faith, if we ask in prayer and believe that GOD will give it to us, then so it will be. 

This is an extremely hard thing to put into practise.  To have the belief that whatever we ask for in prayer, GOD will give us, and this is where we often fall down.  We ask GOD to help us but wonder, if in fact, HE will.  This doubt causes our prayers not to be answered as GOD can read our hearts.

Therefore let us practise praying in the belief that GOD will help us and that HE is listening to us all the time.  Faith in GOD is like a muscle, the more you use it, the stronger it gets.

In order to have faith, we need to be in a strong loving relationship with GOD and we can do this through reading HIS word daily.  Through prayer and through talking to GOD about everything.

Let us do this today!

Prayer: Heavenly FATHER GOD, I believe that YOU are listening to this prayer right now.  I pray for all the people who read this blog to know YOU and to have a personal relationship with YOU.  I pray that YOU will strengthen our faith today.  I pray all of this in the Holy Name of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.  Amen.
