We serve a GOD who created us. But more than that, we serve a GOD with feelings and compassion and love.
This is clearly expressed in the verse above. When Jesus heard that Lazarus had died, He wept.
So, too, I believe that when we are sinful or suffering, GOD has enormous emotional feelings towards us.
We should know that any emotion we feel, came from our CREATOR FATHER. Therefore, when we are sad, we should know that our FATHER in Heaven, weeps with us.
Prayer: Heavenly FATHER, I thank YOU that YOU made me in YOUR image and that YOU share my emotions. I pray this in the Name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
