When Jesus came to earth, He saved us. He saved us, not through out works or our deeds, but by the mercy of His FATHER in Heaven. Our GOD.
When we take Jesus as our Lord and our Saviour, we are washed anew with the Holy Spirit who comes to live in us. When this happens, the Holy Spirit will convict us of our sins and suddenly a mirror of our own lives is held up for us. We know when and where we have sinned and we have the wonderful opportunity to ask our FATHER in Heaven to forgive us.
We also are able to forgive all those who have sinned against us. For all have fallen short of the Glory of our GOD.
Prayer: FATHER, I thank YOU tonight for YOUR enormous grace. I take Jesus as my Lord and my Saviour. Amen.
