Let us bring our thoughts into captivity to the obedience of Christ!

This is so powerful.  It is worth reading and then re-reading.

And meditating on this.  It is so succinctly put.  We need to be mighty in GOD, mighty in the knowledge of our FATHER in Heaven.

This can only be achieved through a living, working relationship with our FATHER in Heaven.  We therefore, need to talk to GOD about everything.  We need to talk to GOD all day.  We need to read HIS word.  And we need to pray to HIM constantly and tell HIM our deepest innermost thoughts.  And we know that GOD knows all of this.  But HE wants to know that we are coming to HIM and relating to HIM.  

It is then that we are able to recognise those things and those people who exaclt themselves against the knowledge of our FATHER.'

Prayer;  ABBA FATHER, today I thank YOU that I can bring my thoughts into captivity to the obedience of Christ through YOU.  I thank YOU in the Holy Name of Jesus Christ.  Amen.
