Sometimes in life, especially in these really trying times, it is really difficult to contain our emotions.
Anger abounds in these modern times. However, as children of GOD, if we read the Scriptures and know the Scriptures, we will know that it is not good to stir up anger. This is true whether we are driving on our roads, doing business or indeed just dealing with people in the shops.
And we can always rely on the wisdom of Solomon. And nowhere is it more necessary than now in these really difficult times to maintain a soft answer. So let us avoid temptation to lose our tempers and let us dwell on, and indeed, meditate on the above verse.
Prayer: ABBA FATHER, I thank YOU for the Scriptures which I can read each day and which keep me grounded. Help me FATHER, to maintain a soft answer, no matter what. I pray this in the Holy name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
