Jesus the light of the world!

Jesus is the Light of the world.  What a powerful statement!  When we walk with Jesus we will only be in the light.  This is the promise.  

This Christmas make sure that we Christians on earth show the world the Light!  Let us put on all our Christmas lights in our homes.  Let us fill our Churches with light and music and joy.  Let us lift our voices in songs and praise! Let us be like Jesus, generous, kind, humble, compassionate.  Slow to anger and swift to forgive and to love one another as He loves us. 

Prayer:  Heavenly Father, I thank You for sending the Light of the world to us.  I thank You for the life of Jesus here on earth.  I thank You that he sits at Your right hand and that through His blood I am forgiven of all my sins.  I pray today Father, that any sins I have committed You will graciously forgive as I forgive those who sin against me. I pray this in the name of my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.  Amen.
