When we trust in people on earth, we are bound to feel let down and disappointed. Not only in the people who let us down, but in ourselves and our judgement, that we trusted them enough and that we were such poor judges of character.
However, when we trust in GOD, all that changes. We know that our FATHER in Heaven is completely trustworthy. HE keeps all HIS promises and HE will never leave us nor will HE ever forsake us.
So today let us put our trust in GOD and let us no longer lean on our own understanding. By doing this we allow GOD to direct our paths. And this leads to eternal happiness.
Prayer: Heavenly FATHER, I pray today that I only put all my trust in YOU. Direct my path through my Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. Amen.
