Our bodies house the Holy Spirit. But not only are we the vessel where the Holy Spirit comes to reside in us, Jesus paid with His own blood the price for our salvation.
When we think bad thoughts, when we behave badly, when we blaspheme, when we eat extensively or drink excessively, or smoke or take drugs or do not exercise, we are showing our lack of appreciation that Jesus made in His sacrifice.
So today, let us start to glorify Jesus in our own bodies. Let us watch especially what comes out of our mouths.
Prayer: ABBA FATHER, show me how to make my body a Holy Temple where the Holy Spirit can come and live in me. I pray this in the Holy Name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
