After the coming of Jesus Christ, we are delivered from offering sacrifices to atone for our sins.  We are delivered from the laws GOD gave to Moses.  We are not delivered from the ten commandments.  But rather, we are called to be "Christ like" and to follow the example set by Jesus during His time on earth.

Jesus told us to love GOD with all our hearts, with all our strength, with all our minds and with all our souls.  He told us to love one another and to be kind to one another.

When we accept Jesus as our Lord and our Saviour, the Holy Spirit which comes to live in us, convicts us of our sins and we know we have done wrong.  We are called to repent of the sins we commit.  

So today, choose Jesus Christ, live under the new commandments to Love GOD and to love each other!

Prayer:  ABBA FATHER, I thank YOU for YOUR Son, Jesus Christ, in whom I place all my trust.  I thank YOU that I no longer have to atone for my sins, but I humbly ask that YOU forgive my sins, which Jesus Christ died for me to absolve me.  I thank YOU in the Holy Name of Jesus Christ.  Amen.
