GOD will never flood the earth again as long as the earth endures!

One thing I have learned is that GOD keeps HIS promises.  In this verse, GOD promised Noah that HE would never again flood the earth, as long as the earth endures!  This is a promise that GOD gave to us all.  However, in Revelation, we are told quite clearly that this earth and, indeed the heavens would no longer be here and there will be a "new heaven and a new earth". Revelation 21. 

We do not know the hour that GOD will send HIS Son back to earth in the clouds to fetch us.  So we need to watch and be prepared to go at any time.  What we need to do until then, is to be about our FATHER's business.  

How do we do that?  Well the first thing is to accept that we are sinners and confess this truth to our FATHER in heaven.  The second thing that we need to do is to believe that Jesus Christ is exactly who the Bible tells us that He is.  The third thing is to confess this truth with our mouths.  And then, when the Holy Spirit fills us, which it does if we do the above three things in absolute faith, then we need to start producing the fruits of the Spirit. 

This means that we need to change the way we think about the things of this earth.  We need the things of this earth to grow strangely dim.  We need to be humble, gentle, kind and loving.  We need to love each person as if they are our family.  We need to show the light of Jesus on this earth through every action we take.

Prayer:  Heavenly FATHER, show me how to be the light of Jesus of earth.  Let the things of this earth grow strangely dim.  I pray this in the Holy Name of Jesus Christ.  Amen.

 Genesis 7:1

I am trying to imagine how evil the people on earth were when GOD decided to destroy the whole earth and everything that lived on it.  And GOD kept Noah and his family alive.  Now take the story a little further.  GOD spoke to Noah, who was around five hundred years old.  And GOD told Noah to build an ark.  We imagine to ourselves that this was a small backyard build.  But in actual fact the ark was huge.  It had three decks and could house all the animal species and the family of Noah.

If we go further into this story, can you imagine Noah, an old man by any standards, faithfully building the ark and this project took about one hundred years to complete.  Then Noah had to fill the ark.  What enormous faith Noah must have had.  And how often he must have thought to himself, "why did GOD choose me?".   And why is GOD destroying the world but not me. But Noah was speaking directly to GOD.  

The difference between Noah and the other people on earth, was that Noah listened to GOD and was faithful to GOD and did exactly what GOD told him to do.  No matter that it took over one hundred years to complete the task. 

But in relation to this story, I believe that we are living in the end of times and the question must continue to be "why should GOD save me".  But we know the answer to that question because our Lord and our Saviour Jesus Christ, came to this earth and gave us the answer.  And that answer is simple.  

Jesus is the way, the truth and the life.  Without Jesus there is no way to get back to GOD.  And how do we get to live after the end of this earth?  Well that is simple.  We listen to GOD and we are faithful to what GOD is telling us to do.  GOD is telling you and I every day to accept Jesus Christ as our Lord and our Saviour.  Do this today.  And then start to spread the good news.  We can all be saved, if we will just be faithful to GOD through our acceptance of HIS Son Jesus Christ.  

Prayer:  ABBA FATHER, I am listening.  I accept Jesus Christ as my Lord and my Saviour.  I admit that I am a sinner. Forgive me FATHER.   I confess that the only way to have salvation with YOU is through my Lord and my Saviour, Jesus Christ.  I pray this tonight in the Holy name of Jesus Christ.  Amen.

Our CREATOR FATHER!

 Our FATHER in heaven is the CREATOR of the earth, the heavens and in fact, the entire universe.  And our FATHER is so much bigger than we can imagine, that HE could bring enough rain on the earth to kill off every living thing except the things and people that were in the ark.  And then after 40 days, our FATHER made the rain stop and the earth dried up.

We cannot even make it rain.  Never mind make it stop raining!

We should always remember that we are incredibly small and weak compared to our FATHER.  We need to "right size" our FATHER and know that HE can anything.  

Prayer:  ABBA FATHER, I thank YOU that YOU are so good and so merciful.  I thank YOU for YOUR enormous grace.  I thank YOU in the Holy Name of Jesus Christ.  Amen.

Sin separates us from GOD!

 When we sin, we separate ourselves from our FATHER in Heaven.  Immediately after Eve and Adam had eaten from the tree of knowledge, they knew that they were naked and they were ashamed.  They hid away from GOD when HE came walking to them in the Garden of Eden.

And it is that sinful nature into which we have all been born.  But our sinful nature makes us ashamed.  So GOD resolved to bring us back to HIM through HIS Son Jesus Christ.  And by accepting Jesus as our Lord and our Saviour, GOD gives us HIS grace and forgives us our sins.

This is a wonderful truth.  As long as we admit that we are sinners, accept Jesus as our Lord and our Saviour and confess this truth, we are given life after death.

Prayer:  ABBA FATHER, I thank YOU today that I am under YOUR grace.  I thank YOU in the Holy Name of Jesus Christ.  Amen.

Our CREATOR GOD our FATHER!

 GOD created the heavens and the earth.  GOD created light and darkness.  GOD created the seas and everything in them.  GOD created all the creatures of the earth and then, finally, GOD created men and women.  And we were supposed to rule over the earth, as we are made in the image of GOD.

What we have done to our earth is not good.  What we have to each other is not good.  So GOD devised a plan to save us from our sins.  HE sent us HIS only Son.  Jesus Christ.  And what we did to Jesus was also not good.

But through the life of Jesus, adding humanity to His deity by coming to earth, and through the death and resurrection of Jesus, we can overcome the sin that we have brought to this world.  We have a chance to rectify the mistakes of the past and in fact, GOD promises us, that HE will remember our sins no more.  If we will only admit that we are sinners.  If we accept and believe that Jesus Christ is our Redeemer.  And if we confess this truth with our mouths.

Prayer:  Heavenly FATHER, today I thank YOU for my Redeemer, Jesus Christ.  I thank YOU for YOUR grace FATHER.  In the Holy Name of Jesus Christ, I accept YOU as my CREATOR.  Amen.

No more tears in Heaven!

Our FATHER in Heaven is such a gracious FATHER.  HE will wipe away the tears from our eyes in Heaven.  And there will be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying, nor pain.

And all we have to do is to accept the enormous grace of GOD.  We have to believe that GOD is so good that HE breathed life into us.  HE gave us a way to get back to live with HIM in eternity.  HE sent HIS only begotten  Son, Jesus Christ, to be our sacrificial lamb.  We are so sinful and yet we are loved by our FATHER in Heaven.

Today, I beg you, accept this grace.  Admit that we are sinners.  Believe in our Saviour, Jesus Christ.  Confess this truth with our mouths.  Do not try to work your way into Heaven.

That simply will not work.  Just accept the grace of our awesome, righteous FATHER.

Prayer:  ABBA FATHER, I love YOU for YOUR enormous grace and favour.  I thank YOU in the Holy Name of Jesus Christ, that I have the light of Jesus in my life.  Amen.

GOD's promise!

 I believe in the Rapture of Jesus Christ.  I believe that Jesus will come to the earth in the clouds to fetch His followers home before the great tribulation.

And in the verse, my belief is confirmed.  If we will admit that we are sinners.  If we believe in Jesus Christ as our Lord and our Saviour - our Redeemer who died on a cross to save us from hell, and we confess this truth with our mouths, we will have eternity with our FATHER in Heaven.

Prayer:  ABBA FATHER, I thank YOU for opening my eyes to YOUR grace and the Truth of Jesus Christ.  I admit that I am a sinner.  I believe in Jesus Christ as my only way to YOU.  I confess this truth with my mouth.  I pray all of this in the Holy Name of Jesus Christ.  Amen.

The promise of GOD!

In the verse above, the promise of GOD is that HE will come back to this earth.  And the fact is that GOD keeps all HIS promises.

We need to be prepared to welcome GOD back at any time.  After all, this is HIS creation.  We are HIS creation.  And GOD roamed the earth and spent time with Adam and Eve in the garden of Eden.  Then HE sent HIS Son to this earth and in the Revelation given to John, GOD clearly tells John to tell us, that HE is the beginning.  HE is the end, HE was, HE is and HE is to come.

Accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and your Saviour today.  The hour is near and we need to be ready.  in order to be ready we only have to do the following:

Admit that we are sinners.

Believe that Jesus is who the Bible tells us that He is. 

Confess this truth with our mouths.

We cannot work our way into salvation and it is never too late to do this.  But when Jesus comes back to fetch us, it is over.  The chance has been lost.  So don't wait a moment longer.

Prayer:  ABBA FATHER, I thank YOU that I have Jesus as my light and the way to get to YOU.  I thank YOU for YOUR grace.  I pray that all reading this tonight will choose to be saved.  I pray this in the Holy Name of Jesus Christ.  Amen.

Jesus is knocking on the door!

Jesus said: John 10 verses 1 to 5 “Most assuredly, I say to you, he who does not enter the sheepfold by the door, but climbs up some other way, the same is a thief and a robber. 2But he who enters by the door is the shepherd of the sheep. 3To him the doorkeeper opens, and the sheep hear his voice; and he calls his own sheep by name and leads them out. 4And when he brings out his own sheep, he goes before them; and the sheep follow him, for they know his voice. 5Yet they will by no means follow a stranger, but will flee from him, for they do not know the voice of strangers.”

We need to listen to the voice of Jesus for He is calling us home.  He wants a relationship with you and I.  He is knocking on our door and all we have to do is to let Him in.

Today I would ask that you accept the call from Jesus.  Repent, believe and confess Jesus as Lord of your life.  I know that this is a decision that you will never regret.

Prayer:  Dear Lord Jesus, I would pray to You and my FATHER in Heaven that YOU call all the people reading this.  Please FATHER knock on their hearts and ask them to let YOU in.  I pray this in the Holy Name of my Lord and my Saviour, Jesus Christ.  Amen.

Alpha and Omega!

 Our FATHER in Heaven is the CREATOR.  HE is not created.  HE has no beginning and no end.  To HIM be all the glory and power.

Children of GOD, we need to right size our GOD.  And I know I do this often.  But if you imagine GOD to be just like your father, you are wrong.  I do not believe that we will be able to stand in the presence of GOD.  We will fall flat and stay there.  GOD is all powerful.  GOD is light.  GOD is omniscient.  GOD is omnipresent.  GOD is omnipotent.  HE has no need of us.  And yet HE loves us.  HE loves us enough to care about our salvation.  Today is the day.  Accept the grace of GOD by accepting Jesus Christ as our Lord, our Messiah, our Saviour, our light, our life and the way to GOD.

Prayer:  ABBA FATHER, I thank YOU for YOUR grace and favour.  FATHER, Jesus is my Lord and my Saviour.  I am just a humble sinner.  Forgive me FATHER.  I pray this in the Holy Name of Jesus Christ, my mediator.  Amen.

Dominion and power to our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ!

 Jesus is the only way that we can be presented before GOD in Heaven.  And His brother Jude knew this implicitly. 

The doxology above clearly shows us that the brother of Jesus on earth, Jude, knew that Jesus is the way, the truth and the life.  Jesus can mediate with GOD on our behalf.

To try to get to Heaven through our own endeavours is futile.  We cannot work our way into Heaven.  Innately we are sinners.  We sin when we think bad thoughts.  We sin when we are envious of someone.  We sin when we criticize others.  We sin when we argue amongst ourselves.

And most of the time, we think we are "better than the other person" who may have killed or stolen or done something else.  And yet in the eyes of our FATHER, we are all sinners.

So today, accept the fact that we are sinners and ask GOD to forgive us.  Tell GOD that we are grateful for HIS enormous grace and favour.  Tell GOD that we know that Jesus is the Saviour and the Messiah.

Prayer:  Heavenly FATHER, tonight I thank YOU for YOUR grace and favour.  I admit that I am a sinner.  I confess that Jesus is Lord of my life.  I pray all of this in the Holy name of my mediator, Jesus Christ.  Amen.

False teachers!

 We know that John was a disciple of Jesus.  Not only that, but John was an eye witness to many of the miracles that Jesus performed on earth.  John knew Jesus and travelled around with Him for three years.

John witnessed the crucifixion.  John witnessed the risen Christ appearing to His disciples on many occasions.  So John is fully qualified to warn us about the dangers of mixing with and listening to false teachers.

So it is still today.  For many come in the name of Jesus Christ.  But are they coming in the name of Jesus Christ?  The man, fully human and fully GOD.  Or are they coming with their own interpretation of Jesus?

The test is simple.  Do you believe that Jesus was who the Bible tells us that He is.  The CREATOR GOD.  Part of the Divine and Righteous Trinity.  GOD who was in the beginning.  GOD who created the heavens and the earth.  GOD who came to earth as a man, born of a virgin mother.  Lived on earth for 33 years.  Never sinned.  Was and is the Messiah.  Performed many miracles on earth including feeding multitudes from very little.  Healed people. Raised people from the dead.  Walked on water.  And then He died for you and for me.

If the leader or teacher coming to you in your home or in your church does not believe any part of the above.  Have nothing to do with them.  Walk away.  This is your salvation that we are talking about.  And this your eternal life.  Not the blimp of our earthly lives.  But forever!

Prayer:  Heavenly FATHER, I thank YOU for my Messiah.  Jesus Christ.  I thank YOU FATHER for YOUR grace and mercy in sending Jesus to be my Saviour so that I may spend eternity with YOU.  I thank YOU in the Holy Name of Jesus Christ.  Amen.

Do not be deceived!

 We either accept Jesus or we reject Him.  There are no half measures.  GOD sent HIS Son to live on earth, to be the propitiation of our sins.  In other words, Jesus came to earth, born of Virgin mother, lived without ever sinning and never succumbed to any temptation.  And on that cross, He died for us.

Now there are many teachers, pastors, people and church leaders who say that the Bible is open to interpretation and that in this modern world of ours, we simply cannot believe in the virgin birth, the sinless life of Jesus, the miracles and the resurrection.  

Do not be deceived.  These people are FALSE teachers and John is warning us, yes even us across 2000 years, to have NOTHING to do with them. 

So if you find yourself in a situation where a teacher or a leader is telling you not to trust in the inerrant, infallible word of GOD, the Bible, then have nothing to do with them.  They are of the devil and they are sent to deceive you into an eternity in hell.

Accept Jesus today.  Believe in the fact that Jesus came to earth as man and yet was GOD.  Performed the miracles, took our sins onto that cross and washed us white as snow.  Confess your sins and confess that Jesus is the only way to Heaven.

Your salvation is at stake and depends on your faith.  Have nothing to do with false teachers!

Prayer:  ABBA FATHER, please show me false teachers and give me the wisdom to walk away from them and to walk into YOUR loving arms.  Show me when people are trying to deceive me.  I pray this in the Holy Name of Jesus Christ.  Amen.

We are in Jesus!

 When we accept Jesus Christ as our Lord and our Saviour, we gain an understanding of who GOD truly is.  We start to understand that Jesus came to earth for us.  We know that when we are sinning, we are convicted by the Holy Spirit which has come upon us.

If we are not truly "in Jesus" we can carry on our lives as before.  But once we are "in Jesus" suddenly we start to see ourselves through the eyes of Jesus.

We know that we are sinners.  We know that we fall way short of the Glory and righteousness of our FATHER in Heaven.  We know when we are not living as Jesus would want us to and we are called to repent.

This is an ongoing process.  It is no use thinking that "Ah I have repented and I am now safe in my belief".  Each and every time we sin, we feel it and it grieves us and calls us to beg our FATHER for HIS grace and mercy.

So that is how we know whether we are truly "in Jesus".  We start to change our ways and we become "new creatures" openly demonstrating the growth of the working of the Holy Spirit within us.

If you have not changed your life since accepting Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour, you are not convicted by the Holy Spirit.  It is time now to repent and to ask GOD to fill you with HIS mighty Counselor who will come alongside of you and show you how to grow "IN JESUS".

Prayer:  Heavenly FATHER, today I pray for anyone reading this blog who has not changed their ways to ask YOU to forgive them.  FATHER I pray that YOU will forgive my sins today and I pray for YOUR enormous grace to show in my life as a light to others.  I pray this in the Holy Name of my Lord and my Saviour. Jesus Christ.  Amen.

Eternal life

 Dearest friends and readers of this blog.  My hope for you is that you will all come to accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and your Saviour.  Repent today, believe that Jesus is exactly who the Bible says He is and confess this truth with your mouths.

This life is so fleeting.  It seems like yesterday that I was but a little child.  I am now in my sixties.  

When we are young, we believe that we are here for a very long time.  But one thing that I have learned on this earth is that time passes by so very quickly.  We are here for the blink of an eye.

Do not worry about what your purpose on earth is.  Do not worry about the things of this world.  And I am not being trite when I say this.  This life is so very short.  But we have the prospect of spending eternity in the presence of our CREATOR FATHER.

So today, I would urge you to accept the good news that through the enormous grace of GOD, we can all spend eternity with our FATHER and with Jesus Christ.  And that is truly something to treasure and to spend time preparing for. 

Please, if you have not done so, accept Jesus as the Way, the Truth and the Light.  Accept Jesus as the life of eternity with our FATHER in Heaven.  After all, Jesus has gone before us to prepare the way.  And we know that the place that He has prepared for us will be nothing short of wonderful.

Prayer:  ABBA FATHER, today I would humbly ask that YOU would direct people who are reading this to soften their hearts and accept our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.  I pray this in the Holy Name of Jesus Christ.  Amen.

Dearest friends, let us not be deceived.  For many people claim to worship Jesus Christ and to know GOD.  But when you look deeply into what they believe, their beliefs have been skewed by false teachers.  And false teachers are not just found in "new age" churches.  More often than not, the most false teachers are found in "traditional" churches.

Do not take it for granted that your church leader and what they are preaching will take you into Heaven.  And Heaven and Hell are very real.  Jesus preached about Hell often.  

If your pastor or leader is not preaching that Jesus is the ONLY way to get to Heaven, you are in the wrong place of worship.

If your pastor or leader is teaching you that good works will get you into Heaven.  You are in the wrong church. If your pastor or leader is not preaching repentance and not preaching straight out of the Bible, you are in the wrong church. 

The only way to get to Heaven is to  know that Jesus is your only way to get there.  So please ensure that your teacher/leader/pastor  is teaching exactly according to what Scripture says.  That is the following.  

Jesus came to this earth to fulfil the promise of GOD that HE would send us a Saviour.  He came to  save us from our sin.  We are all sinners.  And we need to admit that.  We need to know that no amount of good works will get us one step closer to Heaven.  We are ONLY saved by the grace of GOD.

We need to know the ABC's of our faith.  

A - Admit that we are sinners.

B - We have to believe with all our hearts, with all souls, with all our strength and with all our mind that Jesus is exactly who the Bible tells us that He is.  

• That He was born of a virgin mother. 
• He was GOD come to earth as a human being.  
• He lived a sinless life on earth.  He performed many many miracles which many people attested to. 
• No sin could be found in Him.  
• He was crucified  and He died on that cross.  
• He took all our sins onto that cross and washed them as white as snow.  
• He lay dead in His tomb for three days and on the third day, 
• He rose from the dead and He ascended into Heaven and He sits at the right hand of GOD our FATHER.   

And then we need to confess this truth with our mouths. 

Friends let us not be deceived in these last days.  Let us come to our FATHER through our Saviour, Jesus Christ of Nazareth.

Prayer:  ABBA FATHER, I humbly pray that all reading this tonight will realize the truth and start to seek Jesus Christ as their Lord and  Saviour.  I pray this in the Holy Name of Jesus Christ.  Amen.

We are children of GOD!

 Let us look around at our world and see what our HOLY FATHER in Heaven has given us.  And we, with all our wisdom and knowledge and boasting, can replicate absolutely nothing of it.  For whom of us can make a single planet and get it to orbit in the sky?

Whom of us can make it rain or make the sun shine?  Who can bring the stars out at night, and call each one by name?  Not one of us.  And this should make us all feel tiny and very very inadequate.

And yet our HOLY RIGHTEOUS FATHER in Heaven can do all of this and much much more.   HE decided how many petals would be on each rose.  HE arranged the human body in perfect order.  HE gave us our earth to live on, and HE lavished HIS love on us, when HE sent HIS Son to die for our sinful natures.

Now we can call ourselves "children of GOD" when we accept that we are sinners.  When we believe that Jesus is who HE says He is.  When we confess with our mouths this truth.  We are co-heirs of the eternal life with our FATHER in Heaven, with our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.  How great a love is this!

Prayer:  ABBA FATHER, today, I thank YOU for all that YOU have bestowed on me.  My life, my family, my friends, my home, my health.  But most of all FATHER, I thank YOU for YOUR grace and love.  I thank YOU that I can call myself a child of YOURS.  I thank YOU in the Holy Name of Jesus Christ.  Amen.

To say that we have no sin is not the truth!

 To say that we have no sin, simply cannot be true.  We are born in sin.  And we sin.  The devil's trick is to deceive us into believing that we are not sinners.  And this will separate us from the love of our FATHER and from HIS grace and in fact, from an eternal life in Heaven.

Many of us say, "well, I am better than him or her or so and so."  And this may be true.  But let us look at the ten commandments and then compare ourselves.

We are told not to steal.  So have you downloaded any music and not paid the royalties?  If you have, then you have stolen.   And it is not important how big the theft is.  We have done it.  Have you coveted something that someone else has?  That is a sin.  Have you lusted after a person?  That is a sin. Have you lied about anything, no matter how big or how small?  That too is a sin.  

So let us admit that we are sinners.  That way we defeat the devil and we become children of GOD.

Prayer:  ABBA FATHER, I know that I am a sinner.  Fill me with YOUR Holy Spirit and convict me of my sins.  FATHER, I confess that I am a sinner, and I humbly ask that YOU forgive my sins.  I ask this in the Holy Name of Jesus Christ.  Amen.

The LORD wants all to come to repentance!

 I wish all my readers a truly GOD blessed 2021.  May our FATHER in Heaven shine HIS light and the light of world, Jesus Christ upon us all and our families and our friends throughout this year.  May we know that we can always depend on HIM for everything.  May we know the love and fellowship of all the children of our FATHER on earth.  Mostly, may our FATHER give us the opportunity to spread the good news.  And give us all the time to know our FATHER more intimately by the end of this year.

Down to business and our message of today!

Our FATHER is giving each person on earth the opportunity to come to HIM.  The thing is that with the fast pace of communication, the word is spreading rapidly.  And yet people continue to ignore the fact that time is running out.

We need to fall on our knees before our FATHER and accept HIS grace.  And we need to do it now.

So if you have not done so. 

A    Admit that you are a sinner.

B     Believe in your heart that Jesus Christ is who the Bible says He is.

C     Confess this truth with your mouth before our FATHER in Heaven.

It really is that simple.  Your life will change as you are filled with the Holy Spirit and I pray now that you can share in the love of our FATHER in Heaven.

Prayer:  ABBA FATHER, I pray for all the people reading this, who are not saved, that YOU would turn their hearts towards YOU.  I pray this in the Holy Name of our Lord and our Saviour, Jesus Christ.  Amen.
