As children of GOD and Christ followers, do we confess Jesus before men? At this time of so much turmoil around the world, we need to be sharing the good news. Are we doing this?
We do not have to load up a car and set off into the blue yonder to minister. We can do it in our own neighbourhood. We can do it at the supermarket and we can do it in our friendship groups.
A very good opening line for evangelism is to say to someone "Jesus bless you". It tells people so much. It is refreshing to hear that we are being blessed by Jesus rather than "have a good day".
Today, as Christ followers, let us start to greet people with a "Jesus bless you today" and let us spread the good news in a very small way. It will definitely lead to more people thinking about Jesus.
Prayer: ABBA FATHER, I thank YOU that through YOUR grace and favour I am able to call myself a Christ follower. FATHER help me daily to start to spread the news that Jesus loves us and that HE died for us. I humbly pray this in the Holy Name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
