Jesus taught His disciples in parables. Jesus did this for a very good reason. Truly, even today, some people want to hear and others want to listen and there is a big difference.
In these parables, are dire warnings to us even today. The warning is that we need to choose heaven or hell.
In the parable above, Jesus teaches that the farmer sowed his wheat and during the night, the enemy came and sowed tares amongst the wheat.
For those who might have missed it, the enemy likes the dark and the enemy works best in the dark and in secret.
We just need to consider how many houses are burgled at night as opposed to the day.
The enemy, satan roams about and targets people doing things secretly where they know that they cannot be seen. What few people realize is that GOD sees everything! GOD knows everything! GOD is everywhere!
The devil is neither omniscient, omnipotent and neither omnipresent. In fact the devil cannot be in many places at once at all.
The workers ask the farmer, "shall we pick out the tares?" To which the man replies, "no, leave them until we harvest and then we shall bundle them and they shall be burnt on the fire".
This is a dire warning for all sinners. Sinners will be dealt with by GOD at the end. No one will escape the judgement of our FATHER.
Choose Heaven. Accept Jesus. Repent and be born again into the Holy Trinity of our Mighty ABBA FATHER today. Listen to the warnings of Jesus!
Prayer: ABBA FATHER, I thank YOU for YOUR Word and the fact that I might ask for wisdom to understand, knowing that when I ask, I receive. I thank YOU in the Holy Name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
