A light for our paths!

GOD has given us a road map for our lives. GOD has shown us the way to HIM and lit up our paths. If we will but accept that we need to live by the rules that GOD has laid down for us. 

The ten commandments are not there for GOD to limit our free will or to inhibit our enjoyment of the things of this earth.  Rather the commandments keep us happy and contented when we follow them.

If we follow the commandments, we do not get into situations that lead to complications.

We avoid hurting others and ourselves.  We are able to live our lives free from worry of our sins.

We are such good positions as children of GOD however.  Because GOD sent HIS Son to die on the cross for our sins, we are able to be forgiven for our past sins and we are able to separated from our sins as far as East is from West.

What we need to do is to accept that we are sinners.  That is the biggest stumbling block to getting to a life that is free from sin.  We need to believe in Jesus Christ.  And lastly, we need to confess this truth with our mouths.

Prayer:  ABBA FATHER, I know that I am a sinner.  Forgive my sins, FATHER, as I forgive those who sin against me.  FATHER, I believe in Jesus Christ as my Lord and my Saviour, my Redeemer.  FATHER I confess this truth with my mouth.  I pray all of this in the Holy name of Jesus Christ.  Amen.
