Fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom. When we know the greatness of our FATHER in Heaven, it is right that we fear HIM. HE is everything that we cannot be on earth. HE is omniscient, omnipotent and omnipresent. HE is pure and Holy and good and righteous. HE is our going out and our coming in. GOD is everything and HE created everything.
We cannot fathom GOD nor can we ever understand GOD fully. We cannot know HIS plans or HIS purposes.
What we can do is know that GOD created us. GOD loves us and GOD wants a living purposeful relationship with each one of us.
We can pray to GOD at any time because Jesus came to this earth and lived on this earth and died in our place so that we are made free from sin. This gives us direct access to GOD our FATHER and through this, we can ask for forgiveness and be forgiven. We can then have a life on earth free from the burden of our sins, past, present and future. Because we are saved by the blood of Jesus, which washed you and I clean.
So today, accept Jesus as Lord and Saviour of your life, if you have never done so. Repent. Be saved and come into the fullness of a life in Jesus with GOD in Heaven. This is the grace of GOD.
Prayer: Heavenly FATHER, thank YOU that YOU loved me first. Thank YOU that I can love YOU through Jesus Christ my Lord and my Saviour. I thank YOU in the Holy name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
