Dear Christ followers, the true test of whether we love Jesus is that when we are alone in the middle of the night, we truly desire the comfort and love of our FATHER.
Our FATHER requires that we love HIM with all our heart, with all our soul and with all our strength.
Do we in fact really love our FATHER in this way?
When we go to sleep, is our FATHER the last thing on our mind? When we wake up is our FATHER the first thing on our mind?
Do we think about our FATHER during the day?
Our relationship with our CREATOR FATHER needs to be first, last and all day, not an afterthought.
That is the true love our FATHER requires of us. Do we meet HIS standards?
This is something to ponder on and correct if we are not there. This we can do by forming a much closer relationship to our FATHER. This means a lot more communing with our FATHER, trusting HIM more and knowing that HE is always there for us, no matter what.
Prayer: ABBA FATHER, I love YOU with all my heart, with all my soul, with all my strength. FATHER help me to make YOU first, last and throughout my day and not an afterthought. I humbly pray this in the Holy Name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
