Dearest Christ followers Jesus states in the passage above that the gate to life is narrow and that few will find it.
Unfortunately, a lot of people want to believe that GOD will forgive us when we get into Heaven and that we do on earth does not matter.
If this is the case, then why did Jesus not simply wait in Heaven to forgive us of our sins?
Why did Jesus have to come to earth to die on that Cross for us?
We only have our time on earth to accept Jesus as our LORD and our SAVIOUR. We serve a HOLY, JUST GOD and it would not have been necessary for Jesus to come to earth if there was no punishment for our sins on earth.
This is why it is so important to repent. To turn away from our sins. To accept Jesus Christ as our SAVIOUR on earth.
We may not have tomorrow, but a lot of people are depending upon the "love" of GOD to forgive if they reach Heaven sooner than they expect.
Tomorrow is not guaranteed. Repent today, turn from sin and accept Jesus.
Prayer: ABBA FATHER, I accept Jesus as my LORD and SAVIOUR. FATHER help me to stay on the path to life everlasting with YOU. I humbly pray this in the Holy Name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
